......It's kind of hard to give of any impression when you DON'T play. Also if Giovinco was not good of enough for our standards what exactly is lanzafame? amauri? iaquinta? sissoko? pepe? motta?
For me there is only one logical explanation for gio didn't get a chance to play is the same reason why Amauri get to play under all the previuos coaches and it's "training" .

All the coaches were talking about how serious Amauri is in training, and am not a big fan of amauri, gio in my opinion is careless in training .

And.....where has Amauri's hard training taken him so far? :shifty: I've never seen either train so I can't comment on that.

No, I'm no scout. But it is easy to easy players with talent versus those who don't.
Is it that easy as you say it? Because I remember many players who were brought by experts, unlike you, and still failed.

And I think it is easy that I can list for you at least 20 such players, it's an easier thing to do than spot players with talent versus those who don't have it.

The prbolem with Seba is, that you can only use him in a 4-3-3 and we did not play that formation often. But the way we are playing now with Marchisio on the wing, I can't see why we should not play Seba in attack. 4-4-2 when we defend and 4-3-3 when we attack.

Then we can focuse a bit more on reinforce the defence.

Because circumstances forced us into the formation we are using now, the plan was a classical 4-4-2

But because of Marchisio we changed to 4-3-3 ultimately, so why not bring back Gio and pay a true 4-3-3?

Until a player gets a chance you can't come to conclusions. Beginning of season Gio took his chance and was easily one of the best, until his injury..what does that say?

I dont know, i really wanted to see him shinning in Juventus. I was thinking that he was goong to be our next best thing after del piero,.,. but it seems something is wrong with him..... AFter 3 coaches i just cannot believe that none of them used him, even when they were surely lacking in attack and were in the verge of being sacked.
Something must be seriously wrong if you dont want to use a fantastic player even when you know that if you dont use him and win, youll be sacked.

IMO is a combination of his physical presence and his behaviour in training. I think the problems reside there. Maybe he is simply not made to cut it physically in this kind if sport.

Saying that, i still remember that game vs chelsea... when IMO he played his best football for us... but still---- is just too weird that no one wants him in juventus.

So you are saying that he didn't get a chance thus I cannot come to conclusions? Then why can you come up with your conclusions from the little chances he got? Be consistant please.

In the short amount of time he played he impressed. And marchisio is good enough for us to change tactics just for him ? please pssshh . I love Marchisio but don't get me started

It wasn't Marchisio that forced us to change tactics. On the other hand, Marchisio is being deployed OUT OF POSITION because of the lack of a left winger. Marchisio is good enough to adapt to a new role and that says a lot about the player.

Then to go back to your "logic", why is it that in short amount one is allowed to draw a conclusion that the person has talent but we have to give him a chance to see if he doesn't? It doesn't make sense, you are just beating around the bush. Consistancy, learn it.

This... This I can't understand. In here consensus is, that the 3 coaches were shit. Then..... Why do people in here still use them to justifie the argument?
Funny thing is, some people want's us to sign Niko Kranjcar. A player that doesen't even play regularly at Tottenham..

Because even when they were shit i admit, they are supposedly pro coaches (well not ciro) and specially ranieri and zach are IMO experienced enough to at least try the kid if things are just not working.

As lowly as i rated ranieri, he in fact is a pro coach and has plenty of experience.

Is just too weird. I mean, they knew they were going to get sacked, and even then ignored him. My bet is that they were aware of the frailty in defence and simply could not afford to use a player as offensive and as defensive limited as giovinco on the wings. They just dont wanted to get pummeled even worse.

Thats the only thing i can say in gio´s favor.

But when Ranieri played Seba and in the right position he actually rocked.
