lettuce be real here. De Ceglie, freaking De Ceglie got to stay under Del Neri.

Del Neri is the third coach to not want anything to do with Giovinco.

what does that tell you?
Their are many factors that have to be considered. I don't feel like arguing this again, especially not in this thread.

What needs to be considered other than the facts?

He couldn't hack it at Juventus. Simple as.
......It's kind of hard to give of any impression when you DON'T play. Also if Giovinco was not good of enough for our standards what exactly is lanzafame? amauri? iaquinta? sissoko? pepe? motta?

another thing its not like any other team of any importance wanted him either. Aquillani still has alot of value when not playing much. No one is that impressed by Gio' playing. I say he gets another chance at a big team and never lives up. Unfortunately this saddens me

Aquilani showed what he could do at Roma ...Gio has yet to show much sadly, he just needs to get fit again and he'll be back beginning fo the season he was easily one of the best players in the serie a but enough about Gio in krasics thread.

and you also can't rely on the impression he is giving in Parma right? (only 6 appearances)

Clearly they offer something worthwhile to the team that he does not. Laugh it up, but they're playing for Juventus, and he'll be rotting in provincial teams for the rest of his career almost certainly.

sure lanzafame can sit on the bench and offer some bench warming skills while giovinco gets to play at some "lowly" provincial team.

So, just curious, but why do you think Giovinco couldn't step foot on the pitch for Juventus under a series of trainers (who know and watched him on a daily basis)? Did they "blindly hate him" or, I don't know, perhaps there was something to it? I mean, clearly they must have gotten more satisfaction from locking him out of the team than utilizing him to earn results?

As I previously stated. We'll never know. I do know one thing for sure though...the boy has talent to become great. Case Closed :numnum:

The reason Gio was loaned was not that he isn't good enough for Juventus. He wanted guaranteed 1st team football after all these years and Del Neri couldn't guarantee him that before even seing him play for an extended amount of time. He wanted to be loaned himself
