Well, Cesena and Brescia aren't the thoughest of teams. And with our only wc winger down, we still have Aquilani and Quag to provide us with some kind of creativity. A DP free kick could save us aswell. The Roma match is different story.
Same thing happened to us at the end of last season, we had 13-14 first team players out injured at one point. Nothing is worse than a fucking injury crisis, it really is frustrating.
I never believed that everything happens for a reason. Or every cloud has a silver lining. But I damn well am trying to believe these things now and hopefully we discover a great talent or two within our primavera ranks.
It's true that with such a number of injured players it's almost impossible to field a competitive team.
Inter were missing "only" 8 players on Tuesday and they had trouble fielding a good team. It's even harder for us when we have less quality and more injuries than Inter.
I meant that the newcomers Pepe, Quag, Lanzafame, Martinez and if fit Traore will have to step up. I'm saying this because I was told that all these players built a solid base, provided depth and are good replacements for the starters.

Yeah, but we know well that they don't and it was nothing more but hopeful thinking.
But even with that being said, we can't count even on some of the mentioned above. Martinez is out for 2-3 months, Traore isn't called and Lanza just returned but apparently isn't fit yet.
Our situation right now is that we're missing not only quality players, but also the average ones that are supposed to provide depth. 7 primavera players are among the called ones for the Cesena match. That says everything.
