Let's stop the bias for a second here, that was an aweful dive, but he shouldn't gets banned, the only one who deserved to be banned is the ref for being an idiot for giving the PK. On the other hand, Krasic is better than that, and he needs to cut down on the diving part. Everybody make fun of Drogba and Ronaldo for beinga big divers and how disgusting it is, but when it is our player, then it's normal

It doesn't matter whether the referee saw it or not. Just like it doesn't matter if the ref didn't see a player elbow another in the face intentionally. These things are later reviewed and acted upon.

I think it's different if there's no contact though. It means he completely faked the incident and that seems likely to be punishable. I still think it was genius:D
But an elbow in the face is a red card offence, a dive is only a yellow offence. Surely any punishment should only be a yellow after the game.

Why should you be more harsly punished just because you got away with it?

Tetchy ground here, tough to say. If a referee is conned how can that be his fault?

By the way if Krasic is banned for Milan, as Iaquinta missed the pen I'd say we lost the bet.
The referee is paid to spot dives, surely it is his fault if he does not.

I also don't get the double standards. Where do you draw the line what is acceptable or what isn't for Juve to win? If we abuse the fair play rule and end up scoring after we should have given the ball back to the opponents is it ok because we are Juve? What about Henry's handballing? Bribing refs? In my eyes cheating is cheating and winning by cheating isn't ok even if it's Juve. I don't feel like it makes me any less of a fan though.

Are you named after the band or something else?

Yup, the band. You listen to them?

Good point. But that's what I was saying. I think there's a difference between diving when there is slight contact to fool the ref and diving when there is no absolutely no contact at all.

Anyway, I don't think he should get punished but I wouldn't be shocked if he did.

I just saw the dive. It was brilliant and no way the refs could have spotted it

Krasic learned a lot from the Italians already. He's learning fast
That's exactly what Cesare Maldini said at half time, "It didn't take him that much of a time to learn the Italian league"

I can't believe people are actually criticizing Krasic. I thought that was absolutely brilliant. He made two referees look like fucking idiots. His timing was impeccable. When you watch that from the first time you will have no doubt that it was penalty.

That was pure art by Krasic though.

Seriously one of the best dives I've ever seen.

Al Jazeera were full of jokes about Krasic though. After the game when they were discussing why he was substituted, the Arabic dude responds to Cesare Maldini hinting that it might have been a muscular injury by saying, " Do you think he picked up that injury from the penalty dive ?"

Del Neri: "Krasic is hammered throughout every game. I don’t know if there was a foul or not, but certainly he is not the type of lad to do this on purpose. I do not expect a ban for him. Do Juve depend on the performances of Krasic? Absolutely not.”

Krasic is hammered throughout every game.

Really? He didn't look shit faced to me.

I don’t know if there was a foul or not

Yes, you do.
I do not expect a ban for him

You probably do.

Do Juve depend on the performances of Krasic? Absolutely not

Of course not. :shifty:

So now the criticizing will begin towards Milos Krasic, since they realize he's are "golden boy" at the moment, both the media and rival clubs will do everything to break him down mentally, since they can't break him down on the pitch.

I truly hope Milos Krasic is as strong mentally as he is on the playing field, because for the build up of the Milan match the media will be on him constantly about this ordeal.
