Doesn't matter what he does when he gets the ball, but he needs to be getting the ball when he is in a wide area.

Just now he's moving inside quite early in moves to make space for Lichtsteiner to take the flank, so when Krasic gets the ball he's in a more crowded area of the pitch than he ideally would be.
I was referring to his movement when Licht has the ball. He should move inside and then move "more". Make himself available.

He is trying to get involved, but he's not a clever player so his movement is pretty poor.

I would just stop Lichtsteiner getting so high up the pitch so early and leave Krasic try and beat his man one-on-one instead of having Lichtsteiner up there making that area of the pitch more congested.

Aside from his goal against Parma, which was from a different kind of run, Lichtsteiner hasn't actually done anything good for all his efforts going forward, which is why it's even more frustrating seeing Krasic marginalised.

It's up to conte to decide with litch and krasic.. Honeslty, haven't seen Litch produce anything in attack like he did with lazio..

on another note Conte is playing Defensive wingers if that makes sense at all.. Don't offer much in attack but, hustle back to defend.. Pepe and Giach... If he is looking for nani who can take defenders on just, let him keep dreaming..

Want to see More Estigarribia, Elia and and a wider role with Krasic..

There will be no space for him if we have the ball so much. Last year was different. This year teams are playing with 10 men behind the ball and we are using more of a slow buildup in our attack. Plus, the 4-1-4-1 allows the other teams' fullbacks to cheat wider because they don't have to worry about 2 central strikers.

Those are the two main reasons that Krasic looks worse this year. Because he doesn't have the skillset for these games.

Bringing Licht up or keeping him back won't change the pace of the game or the amount of defenders between Krasic and the net. I thought the addition of Licht would allow Krasic to push to the byline with the ball and slot it back to Licht for easy crosses because that space was wide open all of last year. But teams are sitting so far back against us that Krasic is already way up the pitch when we begin our attack and instead he is creating space for Licht way back at midfield which is why you see Licht with tons of room to push with the ball when we go around the back of our defense.

And the reason Giach looks better than Krasic is his better close ball control and short passing. To me, Krasic just doesn't fit in this team very well.

Shaqiri would be perfect with Licht.. He (Shaqiri) loves to cut in and get past his marker and shot. He got one hell of a left leg.. And Licht would be able to open space for him or be ready to get the ball and make a cross..

I'm quite surprised quite how difficult it has been for wingers to play on their 'natural' side in Conte's system. I knew he liked to have 'off-wingers' in the wide areas but it seems a real issue. The problem with Krasic - as Red said - is that he doesn't have the shot to be worth playing in his off position out left.

I'd atleast try it. I think he has a decent shot. It ain't working as it is right now, they can't do any worse if we try to swap them around and see what the end product of that will be.

The real problem with Krasic is this... Back with Del Neri he was asked to track back in which he struggled with, this time he struggles to maintain with Conte's movements and tactics as his wingers are one of the most important factors in his system, he relies heavily on his wingers to be more offensive, so tracking back is not the problem. You see Krasic is not that atheltic, he's more technical as he uses his speed and agility to get through his opposition. Basically his predictable straight ball, where he lines up with his marker, kicks the ball and he out runs him, problem is... Thats all he can do, this is Serie A, most teams now either have 3 markers on him... The main issue is, he needs to stop being so predictable, or else... his form will never change.

According to SKY, Conte is playing Krasic more because their trying to raise his value for the market coming up. Yes, he is having some what of horrible performances, however him being benched rather than him playing still raises his value regardless, which answers my question in which I questioned the logic in using Krasic much more than others like Elia when he has been poor.
I hope that is true.

On Saturday morning both the Serbian's father and uncle were involved in a car crash and the latter passed away. Krasic's uncle died from his injuries whilst his father is still in hospital recovering from his which are said to be minor by comparison.

Bench him at the moment. Will bring us some speed/impact off the bench if one of our wingers aren't performing.

He just doesn't offer enough all-round to threaten a fully fit opposition. After 65 mins is his time.

Sucks about the accident.

But well, Krasic seems to be a one hit wonder.

He is totally a shadow of himself.... but im not sure if he was for real to start with.
