Simply too selfish, but it seemed like he was given freedom to do whatever he wanted. From the left flank to the right, to just playing in the middle. Made some bad decisions but you simply can't deny how important he is with his pace and will to get forward. He's that spark we need so badly at times and scored a great volley. Needs to improve and not do too many of those Pepe-I-don't-know-where-I'll-end-up-but-I'll-go-for-it-anyway-runs when there are clearly better options out there.

Add a good/great winger on the left to take a bit of pressure off Milos and he'll be great. We need more quality for these players to be able to do what they're there for, instead of having to carry the deadweight around.

I think he was instructed to be more selfish. He was given a free role so he played as a RM, LM, AMC, SS and was obviously given a green light by DN to play more individually.
But he took it to another level and thought that he shouldn't even pass the ball.
