I assumed it was because we have a glittering history. And seem much more enticing, prestige-wise, than the other clubs alledgedly interested in him...lastly, he will be close to guaranteed a starting spot. As we obviously need an injection of quality on the wings, to add to the workman like nature of pepe, the unpredictability and dancing of martinez and...the...relatively unknown potential of Lanzafame.

1) He wants to play in Italy/England/Spain
2) Our 442 / 4411 tactic fits him (And a guaranteed starting place as well although he didn't mention)
3) He wants to play for Juventus (not sure if it means he's a fan or not) but I think as one of the team with the best record, it's not that surprising.
