He's waiting for the FIGC and the '' sign 1-non-eu player thing'' i'll think he rather would spend our last cash on Dzeko than on Krasic and a LB.
Its a tricky one really, this Dzeko OR Krasic business...especially when I read horrostories about 'Diego plus 10m will satisfy wolfsburg'.
I reckon we have more problems on the flanks, than we do in attack...Which is why, if this new rule regarding the purchase of non-eu players STICKS, I would prefer Krasic, as I feel he can bolster not just the wide areas of midfield, but also the offense of the final third as he is very direct.
We need players to create, as our midfield's talent is almost solely focused on industry, graft, determination. Momo/Melo/Marchiso/ Poulsen....Those guys make sense for the two central positions. It seems that Del Neri at least understands the need for two decent players, challenging each other for each starting spot...However, in attack we have Iaq/Amauri/Trez, who all seem to me, much more useful as a lone striker than any other form of attacker. I know that Iaquinta is used on the wing often, but his touch is poor, and he seems to cause the most damage when spearheading the forward line, literally crunching his way through the defensive line. So to bring in Dzeko, would mean those three become fairly redundant. DP is the ONLY support striker we have, other than Giovinco, and more recently Diego. So attack seems more covered than the flanks of:
Pepe/Martinez/ Lanzafame/ Camo.
Lose Camo, bring in Krasic.
Add a decent left back. experienced centre back. and then...any money left in the kitty, ponder what to do with the attack...just in case we can sell amauri or iaquinta...perhaps we could bring in someone speedy and eager, with obvious potential to add some youthful exuberance to the forward line.
