I think central midfield is probably the strongest area of the pitch for Juve.

A CB (starter or backup, depending on how highly Bonucci is rated) and a starting LB are still needed.

True, but I don't think that will be as big an issue this season, even with the same players, due to the change of formation.
Too be honest, I really only rate Marchisio in the Juve midfield (centrally). De Ceglie, Giovinco and Pepe haven't really proven themselves.

Diego is a great talent, but if get's isolated (happened a lot last year) he's useless.

I mean that I think Juve are basically okay in that they have Marchisio, Melo, Poulsen and Sissoko for two spots in midfield.

The flanks still need to be worked on.

Diego should get isolated less this year, as I expect Del Neri to formulate a proper game plan, with a decent amount of off the ball movement, which is what Diego needs.

Defense and goalkeeper are the strongest positions at the club. Part of the reason so many goals were scored last year was the midfield's inability to hold onto the ball.
Keeper, yes.

Defense, hardly.

Chiellini, Bonucci, Legrottaglie, Zebina, Grygera, Motta, Grosso, De Ceglie, Salihamidzic...

One player of proven quality out of the whole lot.

At least the midfield, while not spectacular or as "creative" (nebulous as this term seems to be on this forum) as preferred by most, is solid.

Even the attack (counting Diego nowadays) offers more assurances than our defense at the moment.

Sure you can put a lot of blame on the midfield for an inability to play possession football, but more so is on the shoulders of our atrocious fullbacks and slow and blundersome CBs last season.

CSKA Moscow midfielder Milos Krasic is tired of waiting for Juventus to make an offer to the Russian club, the player's representative in Italy has revealed.

The 25-year-old is keen to join the Italian giants this summer, with his agent even announcing last week that although CSKA want to sell him to Premier League club Manchester City, Krasic has his heart set on joining Juve.

However, Vlado Borozan has now hinted that Krasic is running out of patience. Tuttosport quotes the agent as saying: "For now we have no news from Juventus. The player would be happy to come to Italy. He is also wanted by Fenerbahce, who continue to press on.

"Now let's see what the boy decides to do, because he cannot wait forever."

If krasic want to Juve, then we can get him so easy and we need good winger too.. what the hell marotta doing?

He's waiting for the FIGC and the '' sign 1-non-eu player thing'' i'll think he rather would spend our last cash on Dzeko than on Krasic and a LB.
