Or at least not someone worth buying to replace Perin, while being broke as a club already
Its a loan with obligation at the end of season? I wouldnt care for 20m but so far imo he didnt show he has what it takes to be #1. Whenever there is cross, he looks well out of place. A good goalie can get you +10 pts in a season. Communication and commanding of the area is prerequisite for it. A lot of dangerous situations could have been prevented.

The lack of command of his area is worrying and really noticeable.

There are crosses he could easily claim but he doesn't then the opposition recycle the ball and come back again. In game like tonight you need your keeper to come out and claim crosses to take the sting out of the match. I can't think of any time he did that.

There were also a few times where our defenders clearly didn't get a shout from him to leave the ball on a cross.

He had some good saves but you would expect those from any decent keeper. He fails at like you said commanding the area. Never #1 here. #1 at Juve organizes defense, shouts at his teammates, picks up crosses, brings in calmness among our ranks. 1 time tonight I saw him gathering the cross. The rest of the times he rests glued at the goal line.

@Lion get your stuff together boy, looks like half a year of constant spamming is simply insufficient
Lion has been trying his best but unfortunately most people don't take him seriously.

He was right about Di Gregorio though and he has my support.

Well spotted, Savona gets the blame, Greggs gets away with it. What a sausage roll.
Seriously watch the goal again. The ball was headed straight at him and this clown dived underneath the ball.

8 months has passed since I was told this signing was necessary because of the following reasons:

He is good with feet
He is massive talent and 25 m fee is no brainer
He is needed for system of motta

That’s what I was told by scholars like Daniel, JuveJay , Gordo, Osman, and Xperd among many others.

And yet so far none of us have seen any instance of any of those reasons to justify the signing.

Good job with the posters who wanted Perin but slow down with all the Monday QB here with DiG. Was fine with me if DiG was IT (guy scared to leave his net) but I thought Perin should have gotten more match time last season. Only cause we knew we would be moving on from Tek and not like we we're competing for serie or champ titles.

Anyway with money management has pissed away what's a little more ..... one and done easily obtained and Perin becomes the first team.

On 5 July 2024, Di Gregorio joined Serie A club Juventus on a one-year loan, worth €4.5 million, with an obligation to buy at the end of the season for a further €13.5m, plus performance-related bonuses up to €2m.

That's just on the keeper if we finish 7th?
Way to totally miss the point and be tone def man. I don’t understand how someone smart like you can be like this.

The point isn’t it’s on just the keeper. It’s that 25m could have been used from beginning in a much more needed position like a back up striker. Does it make sense to go into the season with one striker or 4 goalies?

I’m tired of having this discussion with you people. Halfway through the season the squad is completely broken, the goalie has done Fuk all to prove he is deserving number one spot and you guys still don’t want to admit you’re wrong. You can’t even tell me the results prove me wrong.
