our squad is far from being remotely as strong and deep as it was for the majority of that 9 year run. that said, goalie is the position we can be less worried about. if they remain healthy, either of mdg and perin are good enough for any game we're about to play in the next few years

Outstanding save today and also excellent with the ball at his feet.

There was a passage of play where he unlocked the press which allowed us to attack. He handles himself well and seems up for the big games.

We also need personalities in this Juve and I like what I'm seeing so far.

I like Perin but MDG should start games bar Coppa, it solidifies the defence when u have one starting goalkeeper imo and MDG wins it for me thanks to his abilities with the ball. Perin is great shoot stopper, but sometimes struggles with the ball at his feet.

so he let in 2 easy goals. and yet again did not win a match for team

why was he signed again? some thing about lowering wages by 3 million by sacrificing 100m from champions league money according to juvejay, xperd and robee

After an excellent showing midweek this time around he was rather shaky, might be another case of someone that can’t find the consistency that is required due to the whole team struggling in the same manner…

I assume he will likely continue to alternate with Perin.

That save literally saved that match for us most likely lol. If we concede after 30 seconds the game could have turned out way differently.
That’s nice but this was a Cagliari b team and he still didn’t provide a goal or assist. I was told he is good with feet

@JuveJay since you say vlahovic should be criticized based on money he makes compared to others and that criticism is allowed, let us do same for 4th goalie

di gregorio has 11 serie a games 9 goals conceded. 25m fee and 3.7m salary

da gea 12 games 8 goals conceded. zero fee and 2.2m salary

surely you will join me in questioning why di gregorio was needed when a free goalie was available?

in hindsight de gea was the goalie bargain of the century. again, in hindsight. i don't remember any tuzzer wanting him here

btw goalies don't concede on their own. when bremer was available, mdg looked like a jobless dude with 1 shot at target per match. with danilo at cb he's a much busier guy
