Aye. I guess we rate him the same.

Would you prefer having him in 4-4-2 with Pirlo and someone in the middle? IMO it looks weak that way, kinda fragile. Or using him as a LB in 4-3-3 system? I'd be temped to do that I'm afraid.

I think Bastos is a great upgrade instead of Pepe, if we play him LM ofcourse, this guy can cover the whole left flank and can help our lb alot!

That's what I am thinking. For two seasons now we have been after him and we have BEEN THE ONLY CLUB linked to him. Why?

Exacly, won't improve further. This is a lot of money for a player that isn't going to impove anymore.

15m for Bastos is criminal when we could have Hazard for 20-23.
