You know the sad thing about Ronaldo's whole story is that this guy had a really sick talent nothing like i ever seen even today with Messi (just my opinion) yet he never really reached his peak with all those terrible injuries.

He had such an unbelievable potential.

Isn't Ronaldo the all time top scorer of the world cups ?! I remember i read that Info somewhere. To be an all time top scorer of the world cup with all the horrible injuries that he had thats pretty much a phenomenal record.
The injuries aren't really relevant to his scoring in World Cups.

Afterall, he only had to be fit four one month every four years to score those goals.

oh i missed the debatable part , all though when it comes to delivering for NT theres nothing to debate Ronaldo is in front of Messi , for now at least.
Are you sure?

Because swag will testify that Ronaldo hasn't really done much for his Portugal side. In fact, he would say that he's held them back when he has played.

Sid Lowe is one of the very few British journalists I actually like and respect.

His Dispatches for La Liga in World Soccer are very well-written.

Generally, World Soccer is a very good magazine.

I think he peaked, he played for teams I hated but Ronaldo was an incredible player.

As for the age part , i asked you that because you said you did watch him play for barca but that was 14 years ago , you were 4 at the time , even if you did watch him i doubt you remember anything about it
Its debatable because Messi is yet to participate in the WC with this peak of form he's been in the last 2-3 years.

I watched his performances taped, not live.

Yes he is. Ofcourse it is, but to claim the all time goal scorer of the WC to be the greatest football player or one of those is another thing.

And he's just one goal ahead of Muller IIRC.

Always will. Nani will ultimately have a far more impactful career for the NT than CR will have.

Yes, but even Messi can look like shite when coached by the likes of a fat coke-head.

World Soccer has good writing. My only complaint is Brian Glandville [sic]. He used to be such a knowledgeable writer about soccer all over the world, but World Soccer has turned him into a myopic, English-only ignoramus. It's scary to see quality squandered like that, given what he's done in the past.

But then maybe the guy is confined to a wheelchair and has cataracts to where he can no longer watch TV and I look the fool here...

brazillian Ronaldo Andy , not that portugese fag
Check the thread title, yo. Take that other tranny-banging Ronaldo chat elsewhere. :p

I've only read the December and November editions of World Soccer and TBH I wasn't impressed at all except an article about Argentinian Hooligans promised bu their FA to go to the WC. The rest was just useless talk.
