 well that didnt last long

If a Jewish player saluted the IDF there would be no mass hysteria as with the Demiral case. The masses would say that the IDF has no choice but to defend themselves against the terrorists that attack them, but that alibi doesn't work for the Turks for some reason.

And if anyone protested then it would simply be stamped out as antisemitism.
im sorry they pick on you my precious snowflake.

Demiral could leave Juventus in January.
Milan, Arsenal & Man Utd are in the race to sign him in January, the Turkish defender could cost them around €40m! [Gazzetta]

He needs to start some games. Chiellini isn't coming back at his age. Bonucci isn't a spring chicken.

Sell rugani...keep this guy but play him.

People dislike those who refuse to admit any wrongdoing whatsoever.

So Turks who deny Armenian genocide, label all Kurds terrorists and ignore their own government sanctioned atrocities, etc etc... those are the types people dislike.

Just like people dislike Israelis that think they are doing god’s work on the West Bank with the settlements.

Or Americans who think Vietnam, or more recently Iraq, were justified invasions.

Or Canadians who think residential schools for First Nations were not a terrible atrocity.

etc.

Of course, the absurd nationalists running rampant in the world today, see nothing wrong with any of their own nations actions regardless of how evil, and see any criticism as a direct attack on their nation.

It’s amazing how they deny Armenian genocide. And those who admit there was crime they say “well they deserved it”.
