12:04 Now we have to look at a video. Presumably most of these teams know how they got on the the last round, but we'll have to endure a little presentation anyway.

12:02 The tone gets more serious now, as Olsson implores the clubs not to force any more top referees into retirement. The Chelsea representative averts his eyes.

12:04 Well, you can't fault UEFA for their ability to spin out the draw. Monday's FA Cup draw was over in all of thirty seconds - the FA's continental counterpart is a much more satisfying lover.

 I love the cynicism, though you'd expect them to be a bit more... 'respectful' towards UEFA and all that

Liverpool are probably one of, if not the the weakest teams in the draw. Pity that at least one Italian team will get knocked out, though that greatly reduces the threat for the SF's since I fear both Inter and Milan.

After all the exceitment from the CL draw, we got Liverpool, an English team. Looks like Baros and DP's dreams r fulfilled. Liverpool is a rather weird team that can perform rather inconsistently. With the absence of Cisse + Morientes, this make Pool less dangerous. However we must take care of Baros and not underestimate them.
