I think it`s a good deal for both sides since Juve have no use of Carini and need a reinforcement in defence badly and Inter`s Toldo is not getting any younger and they need someone to replace him so Carini is an excellent choice he is really great so I think it`s a good deal for both sides
But still I think Juve got the better deal since IMO Inter could get Carini even without giving us Cannavaro what they need is to give us a small amount of cash I don`t think Juve will ask a lot for a goalkeeper they will never use
