i see us shipping out the relative high profile backups we have right now like pazienza as first part of the transfer strategy of next summer.

right now there is no sense in weakening our bench (pazienza to padoin for example), but if it is with the view of the next summer mercato things could pan out good. if we kept pazienza and added another probable starter cm in summer i think pazienza would be to good to be fourth or fifth choice. so if we buy a starter, the former starter can be backup and there is no need to have another backup to the backup which is quality (and also draining our wage funds).

so it would make sense to get a very low profile player like padoin for a position we are investing in the summer in.
lets take pepes position as example. we buy a cheap player for the wing instead of an expensive one. so by summer we will by a class winger that will push pepe to the bench. this way we have a starter and a bench player of decent quality and a very cheap 3rd backup opposed to a pazienza-level 3rd backup that is only costing us valuable money without adding anything.

i don't think padoin > pazienza
but with pazienza beg to leave, and cagliari reject us, pizzaro going to city so padoin is the only available for us (my suggestion) ...
(there's a question why we not hire palombo instead? i don't think there's too many differences between padoin and palombo,
or why not calling back giandonanto? :boh: because he gain more time to play at lecce maybe)

for boriello, maybe he has lower salary cap than toni

the only big question on my mind, why we hire padoin for 5 YEARS when pazienza just on loan to udinese?? time will answer
i agree with the part in black , but for pazienza for 0 maybe there could be a deal in summer for one of udineses players , where he is involved

as for padoin pazienza
now from what they have said and i heard tecnically they are the same
the difference is that tactically padoin seems better and also , he can sub marchisio/vidal unlike pazienza who could sub only pirlo

Accurate assessment, add to the fact that paz wants out and Conte likes Padouin really sums up this decision

I remember how much i laughed when they signed nocerino so I'll wait for now...
Nocerino never sucked for Palermo, he was a decent player. Muntari however, sucks BALLS in Inter.

i agree with melo , nocerino was never bad
but he is not as good as people make him to be
playing with ibra is really easy as he creates spaces and gives assists for everyone
ibra is the champ and he is the reason why milan win , without ibra nocerino will be what he actually is , a normal player nothing special

Accurate assessment, add to the fact that paz wants out and Conte likes Padouin really sums up this decision
yeah but he had already written that so i didn't add it

IMO it's just bad business...Pazienza is jut as average as Padoin. Why the fuck would we spend 5m on that guy when we had the other guy for free? If anything, we should have sold Paz for a profit instead of loaning him. Is their an obligation to buy from Udinese?

Or do we risk him coming back and plagueing our bench for the next few years?

Raiola: "Hamsik didn't renew his contract. De Laurentiis? He's two faced."

:cronios:
Hamsik instead of Pepe :tuttosport:
Hamsik in the summer? :tuttosport:
with all the respect but for me hamsik is not a top player
in the three up top of napoli for me he is the weakest , cavani lavezzi are better
althrough is just an opinion , but i would prefer something better , not saying he is bad but we could search for better in that position
if i had to choose it would be lavezzi

I seriously wonder what kind of DS Raiola would make. He seems to be just the kind of guy a team would want within it ranks with all these players he handles.
raiola will never be a DS because he would lose all the money he gets from his players
but eventually if would be a DS like he is an agent , he would be pretty good
something like moggi , who for everyone was a motherfucker , but for us was a saint

but he will never be a DS
and althrough he has a lot of good players and has a lot of influence in nederlands , he always looks after his own ass and would sell his own mother for money , so i would stay cautious with him

Raiola said DL is two faced? On what grounds?

Hamsik didn't want to sign a new contact or DL just didn't offer one good enough?

Other than Caceres the mercato was...meeh. Marotta once again got my hopes up then brings shit over. Either ways Maronne, Alpeit and Elia getting playing time on the first team would be the equivalent of new signings for me.

The point of this mercato wasn't to bring quality players in, it was to offload the deadwood. We actually have room in the pay budget to make one or two huge signings this summer. I consider that a success, if Marotta didn't get rid of all those crappy, high earning player now - we'd have to offload them before we could sign anything this summer. So basically our chance of signing a WC player this summer would depend on Novara signing Iaquinta, if you get what I'm saying.

raiola says a lot of things
i wouldn't look and judge everything , because most are covers of real intentions
he is very cunning
look at what he said for balotelli after what he deliterably did in premier against totenham
he said he would find him another team if he got 4 weeks out
the guy is pretty smart it would be a good ally if you have utmost faith in each other , in fact he would be the best , the problem is you never know when he will turn his back on you

I guess if you put it that way Marotta did something useful....Nigga better bring me Benzema!

how is this marotta's fault? Cellino screwed the nainggolan deal , not marotta
I wanna blame him 'cause he looks different.
