-------------------Buffon--------
LICHSTEINER--Chiellini---ALVES--De Ceglie

-----------VIDAL---PIRLO----------------
Krasic-------------------------------ELIA-
------------Matri--VUCINIC---------------

We could have done better but overall it would be a better mercato that last years. If we don't sign Alves i'll be pretty disappointed, I don't think Astori or Gastaldello can make a big difference. Marotta should look into signing Alves and Bocchetti as a sub, and get rid of Bonucci

I'd rate this mercato a 7/10 if Alves comes. If not, probably a 5.5, a CB is what was needed most and champions where promised but only one arrived imo

I can't see where they could have done much better (realistically).
CB - Chase a potential star like Coates (even though we really needed experience.)
RB-Nazi is good.
LB- Brasil's LB went for 6m but not highly rated.
CM- Diarra (overrated)
RW/LW - This is where debates start but with our wage structure/situation. Nani, Rib, Mata, Haz, etc were just pipe dreams. All there was were 'good standard' safe options like Bastos, Vargas, Malouda.
Strikers - Pipe dreams again. Rossi to overpriced right now. Vuci best value for $.

Personally, i think we missed out on Santon (who can cover both LB/RB) where we are thinnest.

hopefully this team will take us to the top 3 and the players you mentioned will be more interested in joining next season

Moggi: "The market for Juventus is better than in past years. This year was a step forward even if Juve do not is competitive as Milan, especially, and Inter. It can fight the Naples for the third-fourth place, "the intervention of the former Juventus man during the broadcast market 'Style Juventus'.

"The top players? Not doing the cups, you have a loss of image and it is harder to arrive. Juventus is building a good team, you will slowly improve. There are Melo and Sissoko but there are Vidal and Pirlo But it is a question mark on the physical side. - said Moggi

Vidal is a good player, will do well his duty. Giaccherini on I have my doubts, it fits the patterns of play with the Count, but Cesena is one thing, with Juventus another. Estigarribia is a wild, make two or three good games in the Copa America does not become a champion. Elijah is a good player, no doubt. The central defender did not take well to Lugano, went to PSG , and Alex because they were not congenial, as their is already Chiellini. I believe in Count. He has the right DNA, needs the support company. The comparison with Juventus in '94 but Lippi is wrong, we had already a good basis on which to build. "
