Personally I like to see my wife more of a housewife. Byrone made a good point, the day and time we're living in this century has changed and it's different. But I'd still rather have a housewife who can take care of my kids, raise them feed them watch out for them.

I'm not against my wife finding herself a job. Actually that would be much better [financially] speaking, but I don't want my kids being raised by some strangers/relatives.

It's good you go back home after you have finished your work. You know someone is preparing family dinner, you sit down having your mind relaxed knowing that your kids are in good hands.

I could be wrong, but thats me.
i knew that's what your opinion would be ;)

I have Dave Chapelle stand up on DVD it is so damn funny.

Anyway. I am all for equality between man and woman but I think in some cases feminist groups take it too far. So many women complain about sexism in advertising etc. but its clear there is a double standard when it comes to men. In Australia we have a violence against women campaign. What's wrong with a campaign against violence in general??
To be honest I hate feminist groups. An Australian feminist leader who had to flea to Britain because no one liked her here asserted that Steve Irwin deserved to die and that it was karma for all the pain and suffering he's caused towards animals. It seems that feminism has turned into more of a hate of men than a goal for equality between men and women.
I like my women with a strong character, a woman that can back herself. But if a woman tried to dominate me in any non sexual way I'd tell her to piss off.
