I can easily admit that I critisized him alot during Lippi's last season and the summer after that. Camoranesi has been sometimes dazzling since his days at Verona, but I honestly believed that his inconsistency takes too much of his huge potential. After that Capello came and Camoranesi really showed that he actually can be great all-season-long, and boy am I glad about it. Capello did miracles with him, now Camo gets much more out of himself and he's proving his worth game after game. I really am happy that I was proved wrong by that tiny Argentine, currently he's one of my favourites.

The Bianconeri are being tipped to retain their title after a 100 per cent start to the season in League and Cup.
"We are not frightened by the tag of being favourites," the midfielder stated. "After all, it is a fair judgement.
"This side has been created specifically to win all of the competitions which we are eligible for. Being fancied by the pundits is not a disadvantage."
Winning Serie A, the Champions League and the Coppa Italia won’t be Camoranesi’s only aim this season.
The winger is expected to play a key role for Italy after the Azzurri qualified for the World Cup Finals on Saturday.
"We fortunately booked our place with one game to go and I’m delighted," stated the Argentine-born player.
"I think Germany will be favourites to win it though. They have home advantage and a good record in the tournament, they will be hard to beat.
"However, there are still nine months to go and I won’t be thinking about the Finals for a while. There is an important season to play first."

Mauro German Camoranesi has tied himself to Juventus until June 2009, confirmed the Turin club this afternoon.
The 29-year-old midfielder’s original deal was set to expire in 2007, but he decided to extend his stay at the Stadio Delle Alpi.
Camoranesi joined the Bianconeri from Hellas Verona in 2002-03 and in his first season contributed to the Scudetto victory and reaching the Final of the Champions League.
The Argentine-born player registered for an Italian passport and has since become a key figure in the Azzurri set-up, making his international debut in February 2003.
He has been on fine form so far this term, scoring two goals in Juve’s opening six games in Serie A, taking his career tally to 13 in 98 top flight games.
