the right wing in italy's NT shud belong to fiore.he's much faster, and he's a much better player than camoranesi.
Fiore? What has he done in the past few years? Last year he was a major disapointment in Spain, looking very poor for most of the matches I saw him. Is Fiore much faster than Camoranesi? I don't think so, however Camoranesi's season last year speaks for itself...Fiore doesn't even come close. Case closed.

Fiore is another one of these overrated players who only get noticed when they score against Juve. He's a decent player, but no way in hell is he better or more consistent than Camoranesi.

And he calls himself 1 of the best midifielders in Europe. Omg.......

I would have picked Camo for the NT as well, since his performances in Juve have been good, he deserves to be called for NS duty.

The thing that many fans dont understand is that there is much more then just dribbling in football..

Juventus is not a club that accepts low standard players, neither do we let teenagers play to prove themselves... Juve only lets the best players in the world be a part of their squad...

AS Camoranesi have been in Juve for three years there has never been any discussions about getting a new right-winger from the club. Neither Lippi Nor Capello have ever mentioned a right-winger since Camoranesi came.

This means that the coaches see something in Camo that we fans don't... Players like Di Vaio, Zebina, Kapo, appiah, Blasi are\were all questioned because they lack something.

Camoranesi on the other hand have never been questioned.... why?? Why did Juve extend his contract after the first year?? why didn't Juve look for a new winger after his "awful" season 03\04??

    Definatly not Overrated!

I am honestly sorry but this is my opinion. People who say Camo is overrated is loco I tell you. Yes camoranesi had consistency problems few years back; but hes a good player. Last season, to me, he definitely deserves to be in the top 3 for player of the season award. He created most of the goals and was phenomenal in midfield. He was our only creative link. Hes continuing his great form and he deserves every credit and his place in the Italian team!

Yea but andy you cant really call him overated when you look at the season that camo had prior to last season. He was horrible in the champs league final and 03/04. Fiore when given a chance like he will get at fiorentina will be a powerhouse player when you have guys like brocchi playing beside him. ANd its never bad to have a player like toni playing so give him some crosse and hell make u look good.

camo was pathetic at the euro finals too.
there is not way in the hell that he deserves to wear the italian jersey.
what EXACTLY has he done with the NT to merit a place in their starting lineup?
fiore does play well at national level.

Thank you for open our eyes. we were soo confused....

Its a shame that Lippi and Trap are so ignorant about football to give Camo a National jersey.
We need people with your profound knowledge to take charge of Italian NT.

It's incredibly harsh to say that Camoranesi is a bad player because he played poor in the CL final. He is a very good winger, and also helps out the defense a lot, making him ideal for a 4-4-2 formation. He doesn't score too much, but he makes up for that with his excellent crosses. Fiore in top form is a more complete player then Camoranesi, but based on the last 1 1/2 years Camoranesi is in a different league.

put his performance for juventus aside for a moment..
when he plays for italy..does he manage to play well?
    i dont think so.
fiore manages to play well with the NT,regardless of what his club form is..and he surely does manage to serve the italian NT better than camo does.

im arguing about his place in the NT.
fiore plays much better than him at national level.

Fiore is a good player. I wanted him to join Juve to strengthen our squad. He is creative, good FK shooter, scores, italian, cheap..etc
But if you asked me which one would I chose as a right wing, I would chose Camornesi. He played last season so good that he was one of the best players in Serie A last season.

I don't get Camoranesi in Juve and Camoranesi in NT being two different players. The NT consists of different players every match, so you can't possibly say that Camo isn't good with his teammates there.

What have Del Piero done for Italy??? What have Henry done for France??

Del Piero Lost Italy the Euro 2000 with his miss against Barthes... What did Henry do in the World championship 2002?? or in the Euros 2004??
Its not fair to judge a player after the national teams games.

How many caps do camo have??? 5? 7?
and in the euro 2004 EVERYBODY sucked.. even the so magnificant Totti and the "so technical" Del Piero. they all sucked.

comparing Camoranesi to Fiore is like comparing diamonds and silver, You just Dont do it! :fool:
