His best position is probably RM, which means that he's rather useless in most of the formations in vogue today. He'd do great in an old-fashioned 4-4-2 I reckon.

his defending is to bad to play him RB,
and he is not good enough going forward to play as winger.

classic RM it is.

we do not have this position.

We Shouldn't sell him. he is our key player to champions league for next season :D
But really we should get rid of him asap.

I don't know about his QPR stint, and not counting his crucial goal, but Isla is having a wonderful Copa America so far. Very involved and useful.

I never saw much of QPR but I heard generally favorable stuff about his time there.

When he came here he was bad mainly because of his ACL injury and it takes about a year to come back from that. Then he just had no confidence and little playing time so could not find his form. But the current Isla would be ok to have around to compete with Litch at RB while Evra and Asamoah are our LB. Also Isla just turned 27 so he is a good age compared to Evra or Licht.
