Come on, some players are mote than obvious than others. I understand what you are saying in that there is a risk taken in all signings but still, Hernanes is an obvious example.
That Hernanes signing was the dumbest sh!t ever. A mediocre player we knew would never mount to anything from the moment we showed interest, but offered him a long contract on big wages anyways.
The most frustrating part every season was that I could easily sell him on FIFA. I'd curse Marotta under my breath every time. "...f'n simple as that beppe you friggin guy..."
