If Perin is brought in, I think Woj will be sold on. He came as a free agent and with Perin on board I don't see why we wouldn't offload Woj to generate some PLUSVALENZA.

I don't see us going into the 18/19-season with both Woj and Perin, I just don't.
Szczesny is twice the keeper Perin is. That would be such a dumb move which i'm sure wont happen ofcourse. Its just Rai that are saying that we have signed him. Rai isnt a credible source

Infact i think Roma will sell Allison and sign Perin imo.

I like my GK being tall and have good technical/passing ability which Szczesny is. I cant believe how underrated the Pole is here.

If he was Italian, people would have had no qualms about calling him Buffon's heir.

Wait a minute, did you say Szczesny was signed on a free ? We paid 16M for him dude.

Ok, I thought he joined us for free but you're right. My bad!

Now doing a deal for Perin makes even less sense :D

So why are we signing him if we have Szcesny?

Someone enlighten me on this if you can
Maybe Buffon decided to stay for another year, Szczesny don‘t want to be 2nd keeper for another season, and that‘s why we sign Perin and sell Szczesny.

Actually I have no idea why we do this. But this could be a reason.

According to the Corriere di Torino , the negotiations between Genoa and Juventus for Mattia Perin could soon begin officially . Preziosi evaluates the player at least 20 million euros, but in the deal could be inserted Stefano Sturaro , former rossoblu that would return ' home' lowering the price to about 10 million.

The only explanation I can come up with is that we really want to have a strong second keeper. There is no way Szczesny is not in our plans after the interviews he gave before coming to Juve. He said Juve totally convinced him with a plan we have for him. The board doesn't give me an impression of changing their plans frequently.

Buffon retires, so we are left with the Great Pole and Pinsoglio. At the same time you have an opportunity to snatch really good keeper for a very reasonable price. If you are going to bring second keeper anyway (and a decent keeper would probably cost you something like 8-10 mln), why not bring a really good one for a 5 mln more?

If Buffon is retiring, i can understsamd the board wanting to have 2 top level keepers. Is not unreasonable for a team like Juventus.

If Buffon is not retiring, then maybe Wojek saw something he doesnt liked and asked to be transferred.
