He became a professionl football player by simply playing the most basic football and being highly professional and discipline... receive it, pass it, cross it. Alex Sandro on the other hand always overplays it and complicates stuff, he would be in a position to cross the ball, he would do a faint or something go back, do another faint, the n go back again and the misplace a pass or get his cross blocked.
