If it’s €75M/€80M + something like mainly appearances related and Bayern winning the Bundesliga type of bonuses of up to €90M or so will be just the same, it’s not that big of a difference… afterall let’s not forget also the wages that we would save for now because literally everyone we are being linked with will not demand more than max €6m(most likely even less) base salary while also getting someone that actually wants to be here and also still having enough funds to potentially strengthen the squad overall.

If you get 90 for MDL and pay 35 for Torres, it's an insane win.

For me, MDL is not a perfect marriage for our tactics. He's a high pressing CB who wants to overpower with athleticism. And he can do that, that's why he's so sought after.

However, Torres is comfortable in a super low block as we saw with Emery's downright trolling tactics against us. And the most impressive part is he can actually launch attacking transitions which we desperately lack.

If you put Torres with Pogba, Di Maria, Chiesa, maybe Zaniolo, that is a fuck ton better transition than we've had in the past and it's absolutely vital that you have these kind of players when you play so low on the pitch.

In conjunction with the ever closer departure of #DeLigt direction #Bayern , #Juve obviously began to move for the substitute: to date, among the names that circulate, that of #PauTorres is the coldest

Torres part means he is unlikely?
