For a young player who had one great half a season anything around that is fair. He's not a 40m, 50m or whatever player at this stage.
Ppl forget he had good season, but not really great. The goals were 5 penalties, only 5 from open play and he really wasn't the same in the second half too.
Anyway good talent we are loosing here. Proce is okay imo

The diamond whose market was Roma and Leicester. Hehe

Lol you are funny character.

You spend years massively overhyping every single U23 next gen player in every thread.

But as soon as club is turning around to sell them and theres no chance for them to stay, you turn on them like a scorned bitter ex and go all:

@Alen check if you have any relatives in common with Adzic. We need to warn the kid about DanielZ.

that's bullshit, not only because it never happened, but because it could have never happened. soulé played his 5 matches for the first team, so he can't be sent back to the u23 even if the club wanted to

it's a straight up lie
I think that appearance quota is season specific, so in theory he could have played next season in the next gen. Obviously the confrontation between Soule and the club is still probably a total fabrication.

lolol I rated Barrenechea higher than Soule when they were both with primavera. Look it up. I just don’t get attached to anyone outside of maybe Fagioli. Sorry? I’ll miss Huijsen more.

How come no better team came for him if he was so good?
i don't think this is a fair arguement. how come only roma managed to buy salah for 12m and not juve or bayern or man city? and he turned into one of the best serie a wingers then became world class at liverpool

let's use another one. how come napoli only one that signed kvara for 10m and not juve or bayern or man city?

what does this mean? these clubs produced gems like kante, mahrez, salah, alisson, pjanic, vucinic, cafu

al of whom ended up going to bigger clubs, including the medicore one you support.

He’s potentially a great player and in an ideal world we are keep and developing guys like him instead of selling him.

But Juventus fans are as deluded as ever and believe we can hold on to everyone, they think we aren’t mired in horrendous debt, they think that the NextGen program (for now) is anything other than a cash cow to service our enormous debt and a tool to help us sign more established players.

It's amazing how people cant look at things logically and objectively, rather than just pick an extreme side and run with that narrative.

This isn't a disastrous transfer for Juve in terms of price, nor does Soule suck because the top clubs in the world arent trying to sign him.

Soule is a good talent --- he's not a great talent. So top clubs probably arent going to pay the price for a player that isnt good enough to be a major contributor right away. But he's absolutely good enough to play for Juventus and be a major contributor. If he goes to Roma and has 1 or 2 good years and developed a track record, the top clubs could come coming and Roma could end up selling him for a nice profit. There's also a good chance he turns out to be just an average to good player that doesnt take that next step.

I think Juve would have loved to keep him, and most fans would have as well. But at the end of the day, for the club, it essentially came down to Soule or Koopmeiners. They (rightfully IMO) picked Koopmeiners and couldnt sign him without selling Soule (or Chiesa), so they're selling Soule to a club he was willing to go to for less money than he could have brought in from England --- but those are the sacrifices you have to make sometimes when you sell a player.

If this deal goes through, the pressure is on Giuntoli to execute his plan and bring in Koopmeiners, and bring in another wing to compliment/compete with Yildiz and Chiesa (at least for the time being). if that happens, it should be hard for anyone to complain about this.

I don't think we can keep everyone. However I do believe in fair valuation. Especially when it's to keep 21 year old in a position we desperatly need players for.
At this moment we have Weah starting as RW.

And if this rebuild goes well, hopefully we're at a point where in the near future we dont need to sell players like Soule or Huijsen to fund signings to help now, because our team will be good enough. It's necessary to do right now, because our team isnt good enough and we dont have enough good players.

If you want to keep Soule, prepare to have someone like McKennie or Miretti potentially starting in the midfield. If you dont want to sell Huijsen to fund the signing of Todibo, prepare to have Gatti and Rugani battling for a starting spot.

Make no mistake, a lot of these young talents will still be sold in the future for financial reasons --- but we'll be able to hold on to the small handful of players that we actually want to keep and hopefully develop into important players (like Yildiz right now)

That's the reality of the situation we're in right now.
