conte knows what makes a winning team: mentality above all. that's why he could be an interesting option. he's not a miracle maker either - for this squad you'd need jesus to change water into wine
The management wouldn’t want a sledgehammer like Conte because he would have quit before the season started with the disgracefully incomplete squad we have out our disposal. For example having one striker to play 4 competitions. He’d have torn this mgmt a new asshole and this club doesn’t do well when someone isn’t a “yes man”.

Or keeping him with the defenders we started with where that department was crying for depth. No, the clan said that Junktoli got it right and did the necessary. Fight this BS

Allegri was poor in his second reign so he deserved his sack. Although now it is becoming increasingly apparent that perhaps we undersold how poor the squad was.
????

This season the players performing are the players allegri had last season. Dusan, yildiz, locatelli, mbangula, Bremer, perin, and even gatti despite his mistakes.

The ones not pulling their weight this season have been Gregorio, Luiz, cabal, Koop, Nico. All of them new signings.

Proof that it isn’t the players , but the coaching

I’ve changed my mind about Conte over the years. I used to think he’s a toxic asshole who only brings short term success. But I was only half right (about him being a toxic asshole). If you look at how the team’s he coached did after he left:

Juventus: Won 6 league titles, multiple domestic cups, 2 CL finals
Chelsea: Won the Europe League and Champions League in just 2 seasons after he left
Inter: Won the scudetto, reached the CL final.

The only club that didn’t continue to be successful after he left was Tottenham. But they’re a historically loserish institution.
