Isn't $14 million more than his salary for next year? So whats the extra amount for? Hurt feelings?
i guess it's the gross wages for his whole staff which is supposed to be 20m altogether (allegri earned ~13m gross, ~7m net on his own)

i think that they will settle somewhere below 14m. win-win: they can go to some saudi club, jj saves a few millions compared to the 20m allegri and his staff would be entitled to

To be honest the proposal or separating the rookie from the history section seems appropiate.

Sandro and allegri obvs should not be in the rookie section but duds like sandro being in the same section as DP is an insult. And allegris tenures here and his behaviour in an out of the pitch could be used as an argument to call him a legend.

Players and personal like Del Piero, Chiellini, Buffon, Lippi...heck even Zidane, are not as divisive and problematic as the great euromaxxx

"legend" status deserved

In meantime true legend of other club have renounce 11 million euros of his next season salary. Xavi Hernandez asked only his staff to be compensated.

"The Barça has issued an official communiqué in which "it expresses publicly his gratitude to Xavi and to the rest of his staff technical by his commitment, dedication and generosity and by the eases given for desvincularse contractualmente", sentences the information. Like this, the Barça leaves clear that the egarense has accepted to renounce to his wage of some 11 million gross euros that had agreed for the following year."

It's insult to all real legends of this club, leech like allegri to be put in same group with them.

‼️ Xavi gave up €11 million of his remaining salary. He only asked to be paid the €2.5 million he paid out of his pocket to enable him to sign for the club.

He also asked the club pay his staff their remaining salaries totally up to almost €3 million.

We wish you well Legend, come back again stronger ❤️

So if Allegri loved the club he should give up millions?... I agree you do crazy things in the name of love, but that would be just plain stupid...

BTW... Xavi is a moron...
To be fair to Allegri he was the only one that defended the club during the points deduction scandal last year. That's more than what can be said about elklown.

As for Xavi and Barca, he understands the financial constraints at the club, hence why he said his successor would suffer at the club. Whilst I'm sure he wouldn't want to add to their woes, it turns out Barca currently can't even register Flick and his staff due to the wage cap

Agreed that xavi is dumb for walking away from money the club owes him. Anyone criticizing him or max for not leaving is dumb. Imagine yourself leaving money on the table lol

The idea that Allegri should give up the money is hilarious.

Barcelona obviously mean an awful lot to Xavi, but that's entirely his own choice, and some would say, stupidity. He paid 2.5m of his own money to be employed there, this is clearly a special situation. Barcelona are in a horrible financial mess.

A club consists of people.

I doubt Xavi is walking away from millions out of love for Barcelona. He is probably thinking he doesn't need all the money and this way more of it can go to his former staff.

The difference is that Jj is owned by Jews and other corporate weasels. Barcelona is owned by the socios. Xavi has more than enough money to feed his family lambos for generations. Sometimes people put other things above money.

If I was Max, I also wouldn't give them shit. Besides, everyone knows he's a fraud now so no one's ever gonna give him a fat check again.

Juventus gave him a contract, they have to pay him whats on the contract, the management could have let him have his last 2 games and gave him a decent exit and then sit with him to negociate a fee to terminate the contract, but instead they fire him just to suck the FIGC's balls and try to use what he did in the last game as an excuse to not having to pay him...

So, he should take the team to cort!
