speaking of coventry, what happened to gyökeres, i want for our players what he's taking. what a season he's having lol
Just shows what improvement a player can make in a short period of time. When Coventry signed him he wasn't a scorer, he didn't really do great on loan but over time playing in a good attacking team he got better and better. €20m+ move and now you're looking at €80m fee for him. I'm not convinced he is a top team striker though. Sporting is a great fit because they are good and many of the Portuguese teams are shit and good for stat padding.

Motta would be massive, but we need big reinforcements in attack. Soule, Chiesa, Iling (or Kostic) and one big name winger. Also a mezzala to replace Rabiot and probably two proper full backs at least.

If Motta gets Bologna to the CL why would he join Juve? I mean it is obvious our management are clueless.
It's very obvious. Bologna will never do better than this. His work is done. And Juve is probably the other way around. It's a no-brainer for a coach on the rise.

"Allegri performed a miracle up to Inter away. Juventus' problem isn't about whether they have a front three or not, but rather the lack of quality in the squad. There's no comparison in terms of quality between Inter and Juventus, even Milan.“
“Inzaghi and Pioli's teams create far more opportunities for attackers than Juventus. And do you know why? Because Inter has a midfield with a lot of quality. And Milan, on the left, with Theo and Leao, can invent everything over the course of 90 minutes."

The miracle part aside, everything else he says is true. Inter's worst passer in midfield (Barella 86.4 PS%) is better than our best one (Locatelli 85.9%) and Inter play fluid football with many complicated passes. Our football is like a limp dick and our midfield passes are usually to the back three.
Capello also said that Rabiot is the only Juve midfielder who is capable of making a difference, and it was no coincidence, according to him, that our struggles began when Rabiot started getting injured more often.
