Without Conte? You mean the guy who instilled a mentality where winners like Vidal, Pirlo, Buffon, Tevez, Chiellini, etc were too nervous against the likes of Copenhagen, Galatasaray, etc to perform and get out of group stage in Champion’s League?

And lol about the final against Barca being a humiliation. What a joke. Clearly didn’t watch that match.

Imagine being a Conte throater while bashing Allegri and people who enjoyed his first spell here. :lol2:
Lets get that straight... 2009, 2010, 7.th place in serie A... buffon was injured so 1.option was storari. Vidal was potential and nothing more, Pirlo was 31 old Milan reject, Tevez came 2013... what conte did 2011 was miracle, he built a team from scratches, something allegri was never and will never do.

I dont blame conte for loosing against galatasaray in turkey ( we know what uefa did to us) but this was his first years for him as juventus coach in europe...he came from Siena, unexperienced.

Ho won fuc....ing scudetto with padoin, estigaribia, giaccherini and dead milos krasic, so dont tell me he had better squad than allegri have now.

I never said I like conte, but without a doubt he is 1000x better than allegri

so are we just supposed to keep qualifying for UCL and making fools of ourselves? the money is being earned and for what? what is the plan?

bcuz we qualified in 2021, 2022, and 2023 and did horribly in all editions lol and didn't exactly improve much in serie a
No we didn't? Last qualification was in 21 for the 21-22 season. That money got hammered down the Corona/Cristiano/Paratici drain. Our wage bill was a huge problem 2 years ago. It's still not cleaned up entirely but it's been brought down a lot.

As i said... some don't seem to realise the situation we've been going through.

The plan has been to save this club from bankruptcy, serie b and other legal issues.
Now Giuntoli has been hired as a new football director to draw a new plan, to build a new team.
He'll be accounted for by Calvo and others, to make sure it'll be done responsibly this time around.

villareal thrashing 2022
horrendous group stage 2023
We didn't play CL last season. In 2022 we had that group stage against PSG and co, yes. I was off by a year, my bad. That money went down the drain with our wage bill 'tho. We desperately need that money now to recover some means.

why is conte's season where he didn't make it out of group stages being used as excuse but allegri where he didn't make it out of group stage not used?

conte had a small sample to work with. he gets benefit of doubt.
Conte has had more than enough chances in Italy and England. He's just not a coach that cuts it in the CL. But the comparison with Allegri is useless here. Both are top level coaches in some parts of their job. I wouldn't want to take him back 'tho. Get a new fresh face in.

You need to see a fortune teller for that. The point is some people forget all context in their criticism.

the context of paratici, legal problems, serie b, bankruptcy does not explain players looking clueless on the pitch though

The clueless gang is in second place above those other 18 teams that play so much better... Right? So that arguement only goes so far. That is a matter of style and beauty. The effectiveness can barely be denied.

Maybe a midfield of Miretti, Rabiot, McKennie, Locatelli and Nicolussi may sound strong to some of you, but it's shit imo. I'd like to see -insert coach of preference- try and do better (first place or more points) with that.

Bayer leverkusen midfield is also shit, but alonso made them look like world class. But yeah, the easiest thing to say is they suck...
So you're saying Alonso would win the scudetto with this Juve?

Where exactly are those guys and teams in the standings, pal?

Who said that? Dont change my words....i just say that some coaches are able to build a solid 'midfield' from 'mediocre' players and some are not. You choose what allegri may do
I'm not interested in Leverkusen. Would or would Alonso not win the scudetto with this Juve according to you? Because if he wouldn't, he's not even outperforming the big dinosaur...

I'd sign for second place with this team every day of the year. You choose if you would or not.

Granit fucking xhaka looks a class above any midfielder we have and he was deemed a flop by arsenal fans. Yet Xabi Alonso... so yeah I'd be confident enough to believe that a half decent progressive modern manager would get more out of the current squad, I'm not suggesting scudetto winners but we'd be closer to inter than we are now to say the least.

So all this drama for like 6 to 9 points better? Ok.

I do hope our squad will be much better next season and we never test that theory.
