Yeah. Never set the team up proactively when being the only manager to knock Madrid out of CL in 5 years. Ya know, the 2-1 first leg victory. Didn’t set them up proactively two years later either when smashing MSN Barca 3-0 in the first leg. Or when spanking Monaco 4-1 over the two legs in the CL semifinal after that.

No one is happy we didn’t win CL during that period. However, most also aren’t delusional enough to think that we had the best team in that period and “should have” won it.
lol, he sure couldnt leave it.

Spanking the Monacos 4-1

Actually i ackowledged and am grateful for the KO runs those years.

But he was afraid in the finals. Pirlo should have been a sub honestly. We were playing incredibly with Marchisio VIdal Pogba Pereyra in the KO stages

then in the 2017 UCL final he went back to 352 changing the 4231 lol...

like come on dude

also lol @ you bringing up barca 3-0 like the guy above me literally said minutes ago.

Did that not happen? Guess who Monaco beat to start those knockouts. Pep’s City. Lol

The best part of all this is Allegri is gonna go down as the 3rd most successful Juventus coach of all time, one of the club greats, winning 11 trophies for the club and only being bettered by Trap and Lippi on the European Stage. He’s going to be recognized and celebrated as a legend by the club. And your whining, bitching, and crying non-stop about him for years will change nothing. It will provide a lot of laughs though. So I appreciate you for this. :)

When some new generations will look at the past stats, Allegri's name will pop up among the numerous records he holds here. What a wonderful world to live in. Celebrating our legendary terrorist, Al-legri.

The delusion in this thread lol. It’s like you all got used to FIFA and set the settings to amateur and smashed the likes of Real, Bayern, and Barca regularly 4-0. The last time this club was relevant in Europe prior to Allegri 1.0 was the 5-year golden era in the 90s and even then did we lose CL finals, and unlike the finals Allegri lost, we lost them against FAR inferior teams (yes even Real was an inferior team back then).

let’s get that CL next year boys with De Zerbi at the helm and a midfield of Locatelli - Mckennie - Miretti. I’m sure Bellingham and the likes are shitting their pants already.

Why are we even nitpicking Allegri’s first run again?
It has little to no bearing on his current stint, other than earning him more time than another manager.
bcuz if he did things differently we would've had a treble winning season.

you guys are insane defending him for choosing to be a coward when we had the tools to really challenge bayern

now I have to watch locatelli and rabiot in midfield knowing we won no major european title when we had the chance

First coach since 1930 to get 1000 points.
11 trophies
2 Champions league finals
Highest win ratio in our history.
Could've joined Real Madrid, but chose to stay.
A true Juventino.

Facts are facts.
Numbers don't lie.
A true club legend.

Winning a treble is an incredibly high bar. No Juve manager has done it. The fact that Allegri was 90 minutes from achieving it twice makes it a point in his favor, not against.

he probably could've turned one of those finals into a victory if he had balls.

it's always almost with allegri

we almost beat bayern
we almost beat barca
we almost came back vs real madrid

he had two chances and he reduced the probabilty by making stupid changes.

he didn't bench pirlo and start pereyra vs a team that dominates the midfield when we needed legs and runners

he changed the 4231 to a 352 vs real madrid

I just wanna know why?
