Still can't figure this dude out. A lot of the things he has said down the last two years seem right. I have agreed with most of his analysis of what we need to do since he came back. But what he says we should do, and what we do, is never the same. Is he completely incompetent in breaking down his own analysis into something doable and comprehensible for the players or is the staff around him completely incompetent?
