Look at it this way, If you let a player like Skriniar go for free because you turned down 60 mill bid last summer to risk letting him go for free and replace him with a 33 year old Nacho Fernandez, not even Paratici or any sporting director I know is that stupid, but its ok apparently Beppe knows how to build a competitive team for the future apparently.

Its not the kind of role where success is measured on the basis of this transfer or that. Pirlo’s signing alone isn’t a marker of his work it’s the totality of his decisions over time and the results they yield.
His success at Juve is demonstrated by the titles and our increased stature and revenues year on year to the extent that Unibrow started dreaming about Ronaldo and CL titles.
His success at Inter is demonstrated by the titles and CL final they’re in now despite downsizing. He’s done it with different managers, different clubs, different ownership and different staff.
