The damage is done. There is no fucking reason to retain the fraudulent turd after another disastrous season = as if last year wasn't enough already. Two trophyless seasons at Juventus should equal an automatic sack. The level of play is atrocious and has even regressed since last year (as if that were even possible). Yes, there have been extenuating circumstances, but the ostrich reptilian faced fuck has turned fans and players alike against him. He has zero sense of responsibility and accountability and his press conferences are as insufferable as his lineups and "game plans."
If he's quitting marseille stating that this season has felt as long as 3 seasons then Juve will feel like 10, I'm not entirely bought into his so called style of play, at times it's been downright wreckless, he hasn't over achieved with marseille one bit and I've watched a number of their matches this season, even choked against freaking Annecy in the cup over 2 legs lol, his performance in the CL haven't exactly inspired me either.
There are so many red flags with this one when you look back on his managerial career he's not exactly ever built anything, either because he feels burnt out or gets sacked anyways, he talks a good game but in practice it can look very ugly. The only reason why he's linked with this job is because Juve have this stupid fettish about signing former players and staff members attributing to "they know the club" well frankly I think that's a shit excuse to hire any manager on that basis alone, and that's all I see.

The “I’ll take anyone over X” approach hasn’t really panned out for Jj over the years. Every time we think we’ve hit bottom, in terms of players or coaches, we find a new way to find a new bottom. This club is in shambles, the only way to fix it is to make good, deliberate decisions. Sadly, it doesn’t look like we are anywhere near having a leadership that will allow us to do that.
Level 1: find a system that the players are comfortable
Level 2: make the most of the talent available ie. play to the strengths of the best players
Level 3: train together and teach the squad to grow the team
Level 4: when the team is functioning, upgrade each player
Level 5: win a trophy and continue to compete for them
Level 6: keep upgrading to start competing at higher levels ie. Europe
Napoli, Roma, and Inter are at level 5, Milan between 4/5, and Lazio 3/4. We are still at level 1 playing a 3-5-2 and absolutely fail to utilise Chiesa, Vlahovic, Di Maria, and Kostic. Even at level 1 we have the squad that makes the EL semis and finish in the top 4 without the points penalty. It really makes you wonder what we could do with a good coach and how quickly we get to level 5. THE RIGHT COACH IS A MUST.

Oh I definitely agree, no doubt about that, we cant hire anyone randomly and hope it works out. Im just saying Im personally not enthusiastic about watching edition 3 of Allegriball. If someone new is hired, even someone like Gattusso, Id tune in just because there is a glimmer of hope it works out. With Allegri fuck it, I'm taking a sabbatical.
