How come we didn't put additional clause to his contract that if we fail to deliver in 2 season he will be sack without pension money
same with pogba for minimum match clause

with that big salary for those 2, we should've did that.

If we were to listen to the media, our board had more mood swings than an average teenage girls.

He aint leaving and I dont think they will fire him with all the shit going on off the pitch.

Looking back you should probably have kept Pirlo. Why was he even fired when Allegri is given so many chances despite not winning a single trophy for 2 seasons?

Is there no young and developing Italian coach out there you can give a shot?

Palladino is a new flavor of the month. Monza has been playing really well. But its a different game altogether, coaching here comes with different set of expectations.

There are only two reasons why Allegri is still here:
#1 he still has two years of his contract worth total of ~30m gross
#2 the off-field issues with courts (capital gains and delayed wages during covid) cast too much uncertainty around the club as a whole.

Because of #2 the whole board of directors resigned in the middle of the season and the owner probably wanted to limit the earthquake by keeping the sporting side 'untouched'.

Young coaches? Unfortunately Juventus hardly ever take those. There are a few, of course:
- De Zerbi did very well at Sassuolo, now he's at Brighton, also doing well
- Italiano had some ups and downs in Fiorentina but considering the clubs weight, he's also doing well there after years if shit they endured
- Palladino is ex Juve player who took over Monza a few months ago and took them from relegation battling to 8th place. He's a newbie but looks impressive tbh

The biggest problem is that there's no one football-capable in charge at the club right now. It probably comes down to hiring a DS first (we want Giuntoli from Napoli). From there we will see whether there will be cups next year or not (points penalties seem inevitable now) and what is the budget + what a new DS wants. Until then, everything is in suspension...

Well hes too green ofc but Id be willing to take this gamble.
Would be cool choice. But do you think the board and the fans would be willing to give him time?

In winning clubs you often don't have the luxury of "time". But in your current situation it would probably be the best as long as you can see a clear development in performances, just like when Liverpool hired Klopp. They didn't win at first, but they clearly became better in a short span of time and had a clear style on the pitch.

Usually whoever would come, he was expected to win straight away. Although our standards dropped down quite a bit so who the fuck knows anymore. Too many uncertainties atm. Any coach coming here, should at least stay +2 years unless results are that horrific and it becomes evident we wont be moving forward.

Exactly.

Which is why I'm asking if fans would be willing to give a new manager time, even if you don't win a title in the first season but can see progress in the gameplay?
