guys allegri is a genius level tactician. we as fans don't understand his pain of not having good players.

thats why he has to play chiesa as lwb. it's not important to score goals or provide assists. first he must defend. if he can' defend then what is his purpose

Lol throaters are just sad. When they can't defend their master anymore, they resort to something like this.
My point was about Rabiot is more than capable playing in possession based team yet you feel the need to give Allegri credit for his best season
I’m going to spell it out for you. I think Rabiot failed to prove that over several seasons, including in his 2 years here with coaches who played possession based football, in which he was absolutely atrocious.

yet he’s having his career’s best season in this jihad system.

I never said about his best season. I said he had no problem playing for possession based team. Maybe go watch some his matches for PSG

And the question for Rabiot is never his ability but his attitude.
Now he reaches his maturity and Allegri probably deserve some credit for giving him some slap so he plays really well. That I can agree

Can we fast forward to Aug 2023?

what will happen in Aug 2023?

Now i begin to see that maybe Allegri needs to leave end of the season, but realistically if we going to only stick with the Italian coach only policy i dont think we going to do any better.

yeah not going to base that on games against farmers with a team that is head and shoulders above the rest of the league

Again, Rabiot hasn’t shown us that with either Sarri or Pirlo (nor has 90% of our squad).

Our criticism on Allegri’s approach is justified, but it’s baffling how some of us are letting some of these players off the hook as if the years prior to Allegri 2.0 didn’t happen.

There are only two stand out players in napoli, osimhen and kvara guy we gave up on. Others are either mediocre or straight up shit. Just because we are severely underperforming does not change the fact we still have the strongest squad in league that would win the competition with decent human being in charge.

Meret, Zielinski and Lozano say hi.

Plus Kim is a very good, albeit surprisingly underrated defender.

It’s not a star studded team by any means, but saying they only have two good players is absolute nonsense. It’s a very well rounded team, obviously being coached by a manager having the season of his life.

Locatelli was fine passer at Sassuolo.
Rabiot had no problem playing in possession based team like PSG.
Players play according to coach instructions not the other way around.

Dude did you really watch the match or busy checking Allegri's dick?
Regarding Rabiot, same thing applies as what I said about Rodri. I swear some of you don't even realize that a team in made of players. If we get Verratti instead of Locatelli, we'd play like we had Verratti instead of Locatelli. This seems very confusing to some of you.

Lobotka is better in passing?
Last time Locatelli in Sassuolo, he was one of the midfield player with the most progressive passes to final third.
We're the team with the most long balls in serie A this season. Are you noticing Locatelli pulling some Pirlo passes? Because I'm seeing most of them going out for a throw in. But you prove my point. He's horrible at passing the ball unless it's a long ball forward. He's not capable of playing in tight spaces

You think we should buy Mbappes, Messis and Verrattis so Allegri can scream Dai! Dai! Dai and Calma Calma beating the likes of Monza while pretending he's a good coach?

All Napoli players you mentioned aren't WC and more or less same level with Loca.
It's up to the coach to bring the best out of his team
