It wasn't a good performance and we really struggled for the first 10/15 mins of the second half but credit to Allegri for changing it. We couldn't get a touch on the ball so Di Maria was brought on earlier than he would likely have been and Fagioli who was getting overrun switched over to the left for Rabiot. We shouldn't have struggled so badly but both these changes stopped Spezia getting forward as easily and allowed us to get on the ball and up the pitch. Also changed Paredes and Cuadrado quickly after poor first halves.

A lot of the same issues were there (slow play and sitting too deep) but at least he changed things early.

Max #Allegri to 'DAZN': "Let's say that tonight we had a bad first half, in the second half we started well, we could have doubled the lead through #Kean. Then when #DiMaría went in, it's normal that he gives more serenity to the whole squad, because he's amazing with the ball control. Paradoxically we received more shots on goal tonight, we need to compliment #Perin because he made an amazing save on #Gyasi. But football is weird, as we got an important save, momentarily we made 47 points, and we need to continue on that path. We are now at 32 points in the league table and we reached the 7th spot."

Max #Allegri to 'DAZN': "We suffer in controlling the ball when we make so many technical mistakes, there was also some fatigue maybe because of Thursday. Then to play here at #Spezia is not easy, all teams suffer here. They had important chances to score, but mainly in the second half we risked a lot, more than in the first. In the first they didn't have real chances. We could have exploited better the ball control, like mainly on passes."

Max #Allegri to 'DAZN': "It was right to introduce #Bonucci and even more with a win. He's the captain of the squad, he's getting better and better. For that last part of the season it's important to have everyone available."

#SpeziaJuve

Max #Allegri to 'DAZN': "My grandson already wrote to me a message that he's happy we won 2-0”.

#Allegri in the press conference: "I can only put one in the goal. In the squad hierarchy there is a starter and a reserve, #Perin still plays 20 games. In addition to being an important gk he grew a lot and became worthy of #Juve. I am serene because we have two world class gks."

Great coach. Give him raise and 5 year contract extension. Will not regret.

I don't think you'd survive a 5 year extension Bro. As for me, Juve games are a form of medication, almost therapeutic. If I'm suffering lack of sleep or insomnia, I tune in, and merely 15-20 minutes in, my sleep deprivation is a thing of the past.

He deals the games as a medication

And those he plays never suspect

He doesn't play for the trophies he wins

He doesn't play for respect

At least Dybala is gone now, so you can't blame him for everything, and he's doing quite well with Roma. What's your excuse for continuing to tug and juggle Failegri's balls?
Obviously it is a win win situation for everyone Di Maria at 35 years age is still miles better than your toyboy. As for allegri he will also leave once we cannot achieve champions League qualification and hopefully he will take some of the plastic fans who cannot support the club in tough times.
