cause no real upgrades were made (i thought locatelli was good, but inexperienced and not a difference maker) and the old players just got older, slower, more injury prone. there were also some on an expiring contract, no wonder some of them were disappointing. and morata never had 2 good seasons in a row. the squad still needed upgrade to aim higher. read my posts, i also stated that max wasn't a miracle maker. i never trusted the new management either. this club is a shitshow since marotta left. as i said many times during last season, fixing the squad should have been the first priority which obviously didn't happen.

the fact that we could have aimed higher if tek was doing his job in the opening 2 rounds tell a lot about the league.

at least we learned that rus knew that it was gonna be the weakest league in a decade. so thanks for the question.

Well we just disagree a lot about the quality of the squad and the quality of opposition in Serie A I guess, that happens.

But of course the squad needs fixing. Tbh this summer I'd be okay with both rebuilding for future, bringing some much needed balance between costs and performance, or rebuilding to dominate the league right away. The worst thing that could happen would be another stale summer like the last one.

Allegri cultists do not remember the reason why Allegri was sacked from here before? Because juve was already playing dreadful jihad ball football even WITH CR7 in the team. And by this season Allegri HAS PROVED that his method has not changed at all.

Allegri should never come back here and he has to be axed before Juve loses even more of the most precious resource ever : time.
