We should absolutely be buying two mids though. Get Locatelli, and then get Aouar or De Paul, or this kid Gravenberch. Sell Dybala if necessary to fund it, or get Ronaldo off the wage bill, but two mids are essential.

Get Locatelli because he’s basically perfect for that 2 man mid. Get Gosens for LB. I’m sure Rabiot or Bentancur can do a passable job as the other mid. Chiesa, Kulu, Cuads, etc as Wide mids/wingers. Morata/Dybala can partner him up front dependent on which one isn’t all moody or in shit form at any given time.

You should see another even more insane case, where he now ridiculed someone for saying that the 2 games against Tottenham were close encounters that could have gone both ways. Those games were definitely not close but we clearly dominated and won those games, according to PI recently.

Then I digged up his actual post-game comment right after that Tottenham game, where he said that those games were 50/50 games and could have gone both ways.
