Ibrahimovic, Thiago Silva, Nesta, Gattuso, Seedorf, Zambrotta, Inzaghi, Jankulovski, Pirlo, Ambrosini, Mark van Bommel are not legendary players? Okay
Most of them are legendary players but most of them were also way past their prime. Pirlo was injured for half a year as well. Only Ibra, TS and to some extent MVB could have been rellied upon. Winning a title with the squad as old as that one, that failed to put up a title challenge since 2004, while those players were at their prime, was considered a huge upset back in 2011. No one considered Milan a favorites, like no one considered Juve in 2011/12. Just stop...

Overall They were first squad In 29 rounds out of 38, they've lost 0 Matches against top 4 teams, sure it's wasn't an easy cruise, and If we will look at the matches against big teams then they've only lost against Roma and juve in that season, NOT EASY CRUISE for sure
This makes Allegri a great coach. Winning a title with such an old, injury prone squad... A legend.

That means Allegri had them performing at a very high level, given their competition was the previous season’s treble winner. You’re such an idiot about Max. It’s truly embarrassing.

2nd-4th squads had 8-12 losses that season, the whole league underperformed, and he had a really great squad for that time

Allegris Milan just had the most firepower in the league when they won Scudetto - Ibra, Pato, Ronaldinho, Robinho, Cassano (iirc he joined mid season though). Rest of the team was ok, similar to Inter, Napoli and Roma, but that frontline was too much for Serie A.
Inter selfdestructed by hiring the clown Benitez and with that frontline Milan didnt really have any other opponents

I respect you my dude but your dislike for Maxx clouds your, otherwise, better judgment.
He did good here, it was right time to say goodbye and move on, now we went back to dinosaur football and we don't progress forward.

it's actually the defenses that win the leagues (look at juve's 9-year streak, how many times we scored the most goals?) but fair enough

Of course his Milan were a good team. No one is saying otherwise. But they weren’t some insanely overpowered team in a weak ass league in 2010-11. That scudetto was big accomplishment against defending treble winners Inter. Especially for a team that hadn’t won the league in 7 years. Saying otherwise is just dumb. As I said before, it would be the same as saying Conte’s scudetto wasn’t an accomplishment, because he had BBC defense and MVP midfield, and the league was trash. Dumb.

at one point that season Inter was in 7th place and in the end finished at 76 points. it's like complimenting Conte's Inter on beating serial Serie A winners Juventus last season when we were never even in the title race. :)

of course every Scudetto is an accomplishment, but that one wasn't a particularly surprising win after Inter fell apart.
