Bad game, but I don’t blame Allegri for this one.
Our absences are really affecting us.
I don’t blame Allegri at all. This performance and the countless ones like this are a result of years of horrendous fuck-ups in the transfer market.

If anything, I saw Allegri losing his mind with the team for sitting far too deep and not playing higher up the field. There is absolutely no way Allegri wanted or even enjoyed this performance. This is all on the useless players we’ve amassed over the years who are fundamentally weak players both technically and mentally.

idk

you tell me
xGoals is the probability of any shot taken to result in a goal. It weighs up the difficulty of a chance by analysing a number of relevant factors to produce a probability figure (between 0 and 1) for whether a goal ought to have been scored from the given situation.
So it is unclear whether they decide difficulty level based on the striker or it is same for everyone.

I'm one of the ones blaming Allegri in recent past but you can tell he's been working on the right things..I thought we were better organized without the ball, saw some quicker ball movement, pressed a little better. It's goddamn spezia but still.

Is that etched in any of the 9 straight scudetti we won? Or any of the other trophies we’ve won in our history?

Obviously you can't even compare those squads with this squad and winning cycle has ended. Let's us see what we will do in the summer mercato and hopefully Allegri will win over his critics.

“It was a good start, we should’ve had more than two goals in the first half. Then some fatigue set in, which can happen when you have so many players out and cannot rotate,” Allegri told DAZN.

“If you want to reach your objectives, you have to play these games with suffering and it was important to bring home the three points. We need to prepare for Sampdoria, then Villarreal and continue this cycle in the best possible way.”

This hard-working and humble approach was not something Juve fans had become accustomed to under the coaches who followed Allegri, namely Maurizio Sarri and Andrea Pirlo.

Allegri has repeatedly insisted the Old Lady are not in the title race, but with Napoli and Milan going head-to-head this evening and Juve closing fast, few believe him.

“I have never seen a team win every game easily. You get to the Champions League and all your targets through performances like this, winning 1-0 with suffering.

“People forget quickly in football, but in my five years we had a lot of 1-0 results spent sitting in our own half for the final 20 minutes. The important thing is not to let anything go in those moments.”

Juventus fans have complained that the Bianconeri aren’t very courageous in these situations and pass sideways or backwards rather than forwards.

“Spezia were pushing forward better in the second half, we allowed them a few efforts and Szczesny made a good save, but we had a few favourable situations too. It’s only natural we’d be a bit tired at the moment.”

Paulo Dybala was on the verge of his comeback when he pulled up with yet another muscular problem.

“It is disappointing, as Paulo stopped in training so was not available. Fortunately it’s nothing serious, so I hope to have him back if not against Sampdoria, then with Villarreal.”

First half we looked good today. Had a few chances to score, controlled the match, passed quickly to avoid getting pressed. Didn’t allow Spezia even an attempted shot.

Second half was appalling. truly appalling

For me, every win is a win and I try not to complain. I can’t ignore that we miss Chiesa, McKennie and Dybala. That’s huge and it’s logical that it causes problems in the attacking phase.
There's no evidence to suggest that, we've played like shit in the attacking phase all season regardless of who has played. I expect that to continue, including next season, because Allegri isn't a good attacking coach.
