Bonucci should have been subbed when he kicked the ball out of bounds in the 1st half just to catch his breath. But subbing him at all was a positive surprise.

dybala and danilo, two starters created the goal

but you're gonna cry and bitch here about some random shit all week, won't you
And you're gonna celebrate as if we actually won something here . 1 point gained against a weakened Atalanta, with a game in hand too.

As I said, that last stint was all thanks to Cuadrado. Without him we wouldn't have pushed them back

We pushed them back? When?

We passed it around between our defenders and Cuadrado. And conceded several chances.

Cannot blame him for the result tonight honestly. Good starting 11, good game overall, should have scored a couple more goals etc.

But what is absolutely shocking all season are his subs. From something that was one of the biggest strengths to a situation where he's basically making every next sub to fix the shitshow he created with the one before. Doesn't help that he leaves them so fucking late every time and then panics with trying to change too much too fast.

come on man, if you can’t fault Allegri then you are blind. Do we have other issues as well? For sure but there is no excuse to not make subs when the opposition are starting to run you over. This guy plays his best 11 vs Sassuolo in a Coppa match yet keeps Cuadrado and Zakaria on the bench for such an important game then subs Cuadrado in at the 80th mins when the game was getting away from them 20mins earlier.

Allegri just sees himself as a genius yet what he is really is a stubborn dinosaur.

Exactly this.
Not subbing on Cuadrado earlier made us redundant on the wings. We were slow and uncreative going forward. No Zakaria also affected the balance in the midfield. Locatelli had a meh game largely thanks to being deployed so deep in the midfield. We could have won this game

You do realise the Coppa is our only decent chance of some silverware this season?
