Yep and that was a last minute panic signing, Ronaldo told us he didn’t want to be here and walked out after the season had started leaving us days to find a replacement, no one is going to sell their top quality at that moment with 2 days left to replace them.
Kean at 40m isn’t terrible, he’s home grown and has talent that needs developing. Sadly signing him to replace a striker that guarantees 30-40 goals a season though is never going to work.

Ronaldo scored less under him but he didn’t struggle. He had never played in Italy before and scored 21 goals in the league, he scored 6 goals in the CL (more than he did under Sarri or Pirlo) so your definition of struggled is quite unique. McKennie has the potential to make 10 goals per season. I’m sure about it. Cuadrado is a attacking powerhouse and is able to provide many assists. It’s a about getting a functioning system. Obviously if you take the current statistics it will become very easy to say that they won’t be able to score more as we’re failing in that regard, and that’s exactly my point, Allegri should be able to get a lot more out of those players.
Ahhh. Allegri is the one who said Mckennie has that potential. Something Mckennie still hasn’t come close to yet.
I don’t think Allegri has figured out how to get the most out of this team and too many players are in poor form. But i also think people are still overrating this team significantly. Our squad aged, we moved on from older players, and we didn’t come close to adequately replacing them. There isn’t a lot more to get out of rubbish like Rabiot, Arthur, Bentancur, Ramsey, Sandro, Bernadeschi, De Sciglio, Pellegrini, etc. Possibly Kulusevski and Kean too though i shall withhold judgment on those last two for now. We have declined on points and results every year since our 95 point, high scoring domestic double 2017-18 campaign. To 90 points, no double, and losing to Ajax in QFs CL, to 83 point scraped scudetto, no domestic double, embarrassing loss on Rof16 Cl to 7th place

No you wouldn't because you're earning a lot and you're on a contract. But you should be fired, yes. I've been saying that for quite some time now that our whole staff should be fired starting from sporting director to scouts. But yeah, we can't do that obviously so somebody has to take the blame.
Allegri has arrived here to fix our problem that we were facing with Pirlo. He started off well imo but it all disappeared and now we're looking like Pirlo days. Coach that gets 5-6mln/season and that has players like Cuadrado, de Ligt, Locatelli, Chiesa, Dybala and even some players like Morata and Bonucci, shouldn't be 10th in Serie A with such horrible performances. Our staff did a shit job, I was never denying that, but our coach isn't doing any better. Based on what we're seeing it seems like wasting our desperately needed money on Allegri's wages. It's not just the results, too. Sometimes you see teams that play really well, but end up dropping points and I wouldn't mind that if that was the case. But no, our performances are simply horrible just like our results.
And before you start with "but our squad simply isn't good enough" give me a fucking break. Seriously. I'm not being pissed because we lost against Bayern, City, PSG, Liverpool or Chelsea (result against them is still shameful), but I'm pointing out:
Udinese 2-2 Juve
Juventus 0-1 Empoli
Juventus 1-2 Sassuolo
Verona 2-1 Juventus
Juventus 0-1 Atalanta
I can even highlight how we barely won against Spezia 3-2 while I'll ignore us dropping other points. THOSE results shouldn't ever happen even with our current squad. That's shameful and Allegri should be blamed for the results. Quite often we were seeing bad formation, weird starting players, wrong & late subs. It's his job and he's failing at it. Judging by this crippling movement of ours I can pretty much with confidence say that we won't play any better until end of the season (unless we sign somebody in January that is not Witsel) and that's huge failure. He can't get anything out of Chiesa and Cuadrado who were ripping Europe apart last season.

Conte brought something that coaches here didn't bring and that's motivation, desire to win, hunger for points and balls. He did his job perfectly. But I don't want to turn this into a Conte conversation.

I do agree to a certain point. But still struggle to see a formation/system that can fit for the rest of the season without having to play Rabiot or Bernardeschi regularly, which creates problems or a CF to lead the line other than Morata, who when he goes out of form is like a man down.
We badly need another midfielder next to Locatelli who can pass the ball. Rabiot/Bentancur/McKennie/Arthur don't look capable of it. Maybe we have been too hasty to write off Ramsey, although his injury record would suggest we can't plan around him and maybe I am forgetting about how underwhelming his performances were.
Given the options getting Rovella back in January might be a good option. Surely he can't be worse than what we have.

And we have some players here already who have that too, just as he had. I never said change the entire team. But entire midfield bar Loca would be shipped out right away, not even sure he would suffer Dybala, Sandro etc.
The old players he had were winners and had the right mentality already. Bonucci, Barzagli, Buffon, Chiellini, Marchisio, added Pirlo, Licht, Vidal to it. And he had a bunch of try hard guys like Pepe, Giaccherini, Estigarribia etc. It was a new era, this bunch is too comfortable.

Either we admit that Sarri was right about these players being untrainable, or else the onus is on Allegri. Which one is it?
Because for the past two years the narrative on this forum by December has unanimously been that the coach, whether that's Sarri or Pirlo, is shit and needs to go ASAP. But now that Allegri has arrived, suddenly the excuses come in, and instead it's the players that are all crap and there's not much he or any other manager can do about it.
