Name me the best manager in history at his peak and he ain't doing shit with a squad like ours.

It's on partly on Agnelli for appointing a scout as a sporting director. A scout surely can recognize an individual talent once or twice but he's not capable of constructing a cohesive squad based on tactics and playing style. That's why from now on, Let the coach decide our transfer market choices.
Our financial position is not great we might go bankrupt to please our spoilt fans

We have become a literal symbol of pussyfags from players to coach to board of directors.

Off the pitch, more dirt is being thrown on us with that Netflix documentary and that so called investigation involving transfer fees. No wonder the shareholders don't feel 'protected'.

Something desperately needs to change.

It think he should for a while calma a bit with the rotation. This team currently can't handle all the changes from one game to another. It was different when the team was full of dependable senior players with whom you knew what you'd get. I'm sure we'll eventually improve as there were already good signs before this recent step back.

What a disappointment. Play a 4 3 3 with chiesa in a free role.

Allegri in his first stint won trophies each year and made a joke of Serie A. The difference with this stint is the players. Just compare the squads ffs.

Allegri inherited a high functioning team with systems of play and an upward trajectory.

This time is a significantly more challenging job. He is trying to build from no foundation and a general atmosphere of decline.

Our competitors are better now too

Would you consider sacking him if we don't qualify for the champions league

Needs to find a way to fix the mental issues in the team.

We have too many players who are capable of being liabilities. We can't do anything about that in the short term. He needs to find a way for the team to keep its head when something goes against them.

we are in no position to rest players
i've seen guys like locatelli or cuadrado needing some rest.

also today bonbon was our worst player, could be blamed for both goals. guess who's our most played player.

rotation is needed, it's fine. our starting 11 (whomever it may consist of lol) can't play 2 games per week. what's even more needed is 3 mids. but it's a hard one to introduce cause all the reliability we have in midfield is locatelli, the others are terribad bad in at least one thing.

guys u don't understand. he is great at motivating teams. remembe when we came back vs madrid and vs bayern in return legs only to lose it last minutes? i mean ignore the losing it part, and ignore that we got destoryed in first legs. otherwise he is great at motivating his squad into losing games!

As much as I love him, I have to judge him on the same standards as Pirlo and Sarri.
Missing on top4 means regression so he has to go.

Ronaldo hid many flaws of the team Tough decision but if we are not make any big investment in the transfer window then it is better to get rid of him
