Allegri 4 days ago :
"Liverpool had three big scoring chances [against Barcelona], but Barcelona had four and scored three. Why? Because their players are of a higher level and make the difference in certain situations. Barcelona have players accustomed to that level and they proved it on the night, regardless of whether Liverpool had a good game or not. It's like a race. Everyone can run the first 900 metres but very few can run the final 100."

And klopp showed you it's not only about players.he destroyed Barca with fricking Origi upfront :lol3:

So?

He destroyed Barca too and he didn't need to lose the first game 3:0.

Massimiliano Allegri wants to sell Dybala, Cancelo, Pjanic & Douglas Costa, these four players are no longer in the future plans of the coach. [@Gianlumin]

Juventus are ready to offer Blaise Matuidi a new contract until 2021, he's one of the important players in Allegri's plans & can't leave the club. [TJ]
CR7 should also be on it... not point to keep him in that case

Matuidi, Khedira, MDS, Can... Max first choices

Did you read my post?
You completely missed the point.
But 9 out of 10 times those last 100m players make the difference.

There is a reason why Real won 4 of the last 5 CLs and Barca 3? 4? in Messi's era.

But yes, even with the most clutch player ever we still managed to fuck it up. And there is no excuse for our pathetic attacking play. Crossing to Ronaldo and hoping for the best is our only game plan.

I have a question. You see a manager like Klopp who has peomoted youth players in Borussia and Liverpool and i ask myself, does promoting youth players require for a manager to have a skill like that, or does it come down to club politics? I mean, we havent promoted a Juve youth player since the days of Marchisio and Gio. Ok, Kean too, but still, 1 player in the last 13 years is just too little.

You know people really are desperate when they need to make everything about Allegri. Allegri didn't coach tonight, it was Pool vs Barca. Kudos to Klopp and his team but what does it have to do with Allegri. Find a better thread to preach about your Klopp fanboism. This thread is reserved for our magnificent principal Allegri.

That's my point.
Our squad is better than Liverpool, but we play without any game style or purpose. We don't need to have world's best 11 to be able to pass the ball with plan and purpose.

Tonight Klopp showed as long as you have plan and you are brave enough, you can do everything.

Imo, it mostly depends on the club's and league's mentality
EPL and bundesliga can promote more young players because most of the clubs there play fast football, and pay much less attention to tactics.
In serie a, get 2 or 3 youngsters on the pitch at the same time, and you'll get rekt against a solid coach and experienced team, because in most cases young players lack tactical awareness, which doesn't get exploited anywhere as much as in italy
