Yeah no. I think Varane has always looked absolute class. He's just way more talented than Rugani will ever be. He's just better. There's no shame in that, but it is a fact. Real has the least patience for players' growth and development. If Varane is where he is today while playing at Real, it means he would have been just as good, if not better, at any other top team. Pavon might be a better example when speaking Rugani.
