You are such an unbelievable muppet. City has spent ~530 mil on the transfer market in 2 years since hiring Pep to even get to a level where they can compete with a team like ours. We have played in 2 CL finals in 3 years, and in our bad year in between we beat City home and away in the group and then choked against Bayern.

City would expose us. lol

The amount of nonsense you post is outrageous. City has done nothing to warrant status as a CL favourite. What top team have they beaten? Nice 3rd place finish in the league last year, and 4th place behind Leicester the year before.

Maybe they have improved leaps and bounds, but nothing from the last 3.5 years suggests they will expose or "true level". At least have some shred of evidence to back up such absurd claims. :baus:

The sad part is that he is entirely serious.

So... *thinks*

Serious trolling?
Well they are favourites with the bookmakers but I guess they don't know anything as well right?

Secondly I wasn't saying City would destroy us, I think they have the potential to do but wasn't referring to it like that

I was referring to them being the bench mark so they would show us just how competitive our team is and where we lie compared to the best teams

They are a different animal to what they were last year and the year before

This City team means business, they are going to win the CL I have no doubt about that, they are too good not to win it like Bayern 2013

If they don't do it it will take an unbelievable performance from any team to stop them

City being a benchmark? How many CL titles have they won? How many finals have they even reached ffs?! :howler:

Bayern are the realistic benchmark, and a team/organization we should strive to be like; they consistently dominate their local league and are in with a chance of winning the CL every single season.

City will blow them out of the water

They are too good this season in my opinion

:agree:

Imo you need to look out for Ronaldina and Zidane. Theyre going for the third in a row.

That's why I want Barcelona to eliminate them in the QFs :p

I don't think anyone else can.

We tend to lose finals, so no :D

The same City that conceded 4 to Liverpool and commit defensive brain-farts week in week out.

City have yet to come up against a decent opponent, and no Napoli don't count, or a coach who knows how to set up his defense in the CL. We'll see how good they really are once drawn against Real, Bayern, or Barca.

Why the fuck do you even bother?

It's so much fun to bother.

Or maybe it isn't. Beating a dead horse and all that.

Oh dear. I need to reevaluate my priorities. :shifty:

No they won't, they way too light at the back. Bayern 2013 was a Machine, a completely different animal than City.

Well looks like we are back to the 4231/442 instead of the 433/451 , now that higauin and dybala have found form.

Good thing that those 2 have started linking up more.

Fools would keep using terrible serie a to stats pad our performance metrics, but in reality we have been below average this season against decent team and upwards

Losing twice to lazio, barely won the 3rd clash

Barely won against napoli

Barely won against roma, and got lucky that schick choked at the final minute

Didn't win against merda at home while being outplayed in the 1st half

Choked and outplayed at home after leading 2-0 against spurs

Outplayed again at wembley in which we made heung min son looked like neymar, and tbh if he was indeed neymar he would have scored more than once in that 1st half.

Destroyed by barcelona away and unable to do anything against training mode barcelona at home

So yeah

Fools, keep blinding yourself with weak ass serie a stats padding that make us much better than it really is.
