depends on the circumstances. I don't think we should sack Allegri if Napoli deservedly win the league, but if we $#@! it up majorly and they win with like 85 points, then yeah, he should be sacked
Makes perfect sense to me. Max can't get sacked. Though if he leaves after winning another scudetto I would consider him a Bonucci of a coach (even if goes to England) not fulfilling a CL title in pocket. And if I got a choice of 1) a CL title but with that 2) Max had to leave. Bye-bye Maxxie and I'll be rooting for your squad. Ashamed you wouldn't try for 2 titles in a row.

Do you guys think the 3-man midfield is here to stay or are we ever going to revert back to the 4231?

I have no idea how we're going to play further this season.

there is no point in guessing because next season it will be a completely different formation.

My guess is 3 man midfield for majority of games but Allegri will switch back to 4-2-3-1 on rare occasion.
Having both options really helps, there will be times this season when one formation will be much more effective than the other.

433 should always be used in every big game against any good opponent.
In Europe yes, but I think 4-2-3-1 might be more effective in some important Serie A games.

Right now we’re suffering from a Khedira problem. We need to play a 3 man midfield in big games otherwise we get overrun. The problem is that Khedira is the third best available midfielder we have right now and he’s a passenger in big games. He’s past his prime and not good enough against elite opposition.

Max should turn Berna into a creative midfielder. Berna has the technique, vision and workrate to play in midfield. He could play a similar role to what Di Maria played for Real back in 2014.

Otherwise we can always pray that Cheesio is fit for the most important games of the season.
