I wonder if any coach can succeed at juve with this transfer policy
Allegri has succeeded no doubt about it.

But many top coaches will shun this transfer policy. This is why if Allegri leaves, we won't hire a top coach. Most likely an up and comer who will be ok with his squad dismantled every year.

Replacing
Pirlo-Pogba-Vidal-Pereyra with Khedira-Matuidi-Pjanic-Bentancur
Dani Alves - Bonucci with DeSciglio - Howedes.

You woudnt't really call it a upgrade would you? Right now Max is not really to blame for the blind trust he puts in some players that are no longer at the requiered standard for a 6 time reigning champions level as those are his rotation options. If there is someone really to blame for the struggles we are having this season is the management for failing to properly replace/complete the squad even tho they had the financial means to do it. That is what i would call inexplainable!
It's not just meltdown talk, this is not the first time we witness this type of performance, you cant just be blaming the coach when u see the team clearly having a game plan and very good positioning and than you have players who cant send a decent cross in or offer the final pass from the excellent positions they find theyrself receiving the ball or to put it more simple any sign of decent personal creativity is missing ... this must be put on some of our players aswell because even tho they have the right spirit they just cant perform anymore at this level...

Maybe Simone Inzaghi but by the time we appoint him we might have also sold dybala

we still have better players than Atalanta and Lazio... why are you still making excuses for Allegri just because he reached 2 CL finals?
reaching finals is not enough...
having a habit of giving away leads is all down to his half time talks and team control

playing slow shit football when you have Dybala, Higuain, Berna, Costa is the result of his clueless 0 attacking strategy

having every player all alone without any options everytime they receive the ball is all his fault and it's making all the opposition teams find it really easy to defend

way too predictable and easy to read, most of the time we just win because we have better players but when our best players are out of form we fail miserably because we are not playing like a real team anymore

I dont disagree with you but neither do i agree with all of it. We always start slow with our play cause of the many changes we go by every summer and Allegri proved in the past years he can overturn a shit strategy and with time can make the team play good footbal whyle also picking up results (2015/2016 best example) but what he can not turn around is the quality of some of our players which undeniably are not Juve level, assuming ofc we are a UCL contender level.

Anyway dont mistake me for a big Allegri fan because i am not, but up till now he has been and still is the right man for the job giving our rotation/massive changes every year and you can never be sure what a new coach could bring, he could as easily be a flop and we end up regretting Allegri ... ofc Allegri will eventually leave sooner or later but till that day comes he has my support because he proved us all wrong on many occasions.

Seriously now and who was it that shot my comments down about the defensive frailties from pre season? have we improved? no Frankly its hard to see napoli slow down any time soon, if anything we look the more vulnerable team

Higuain is the only transfer that I would be critical of from the management. He doesn't suit Allegri's style at all and was a waste of money imo.

Bonucci was forced out by the looks of it which was fine if he was poisonous for the locker room.

However with so many changes every season it's hard to keep the momentum going from the previous seasons

Allegri has definitely taken the team as far as he can and we could probably use someone with fresh ideas

Our so called defensive woes don't bother me. Last season Real Madrid kept one clean sheet in 13 CL games, and they still won the competition.

I'm far more concerned about the fact that we don't have a clue going forward, or the fact that our midfield cannot string any meaningful passes together.

Those are the two reasons why we have no chance in Europe against any good team.

Marotta has dealt him a bad hand but he is doing very little to help himself.

Lazio are on superb form and we should have shown them more respect. Our team selection was terrible, play your best players it doesn't need to be so complicated.

You are chasing a goal so you put on Sturaro!?you play a formation that the team doesn't seem to know how to play.n

Our defense is woeful. Surely Rugani deserves a shot, he can't be worse than the current lineup

The "Yes"man will strike again. Our best form wil be in March.Till then we will make experiments with 3 mids who doesn't know who is doing what. And bench Dybala cause he was tired of not playing a single minute for Argentina.Exactly like when we won our first scudetto after Serie B,was cause "yes" man's losing the title not cause we were better.

i agree that Allegri add stability and discipline but can't add creativity that's the problem

We aren't the same team anymore, Kyle. Things change. Thank God Max didn't use your argument when he took over for Conte and kept the 352 even though that worked for months.

For our next manager, we need to find someone that plays total football. Sarri would be a dream.

Max knows how to setup a defence, but our midfield cannot string any meaningful passes together if our life depends on it.
